Westwood Residence

Stay was nice clean and relaxing. Staff is polite and helpful. Very nice location and easy to find. Couple friendly

Location is good ?? The 2 BHK flat which we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. It was great value for money. The service staff were very prompt and friendly. Parking was decent on an internal road outside the property.

1. There was a plumbing issue in the wash basin in the washroom.2. Sea Food could’ve been better.

Total experience was good. Matress comfort and hotel location was good

Even the apartment had 04 doors to outside, 03 of them were not in good condition.2nd day night ordered food at 20:00 and got delivered at 22:15 & that too after reminding them at 21:15

Breakfast was good . Room service and staff was good.

It was difficult to get a go miles taxi from here. Its little interior but accessible with a car

Not much. Had a nice sunrise view. Boys were helpful carring my suitcase.

This was a stop over. We arrived late and left early. It was an apartment, but in the kitchen, there was a kettle and NOTHING else. No glasses to even make a drink!

The staff was great! They all were very polite and helping. Arranged everything we needed. Great food and value for money! Amazing peaceful location with an outstanding view from the balcony. Swimming pool was also clean.

We stayed here for 5 days. Initially we had a little trouble with the AC in the rooms and living area but they fixed it the next day. Also there is only 1 bathroom in the 2 bhk suite so i would advise you to opt for separate 1 bhk rooms if you’re travelling with a group.

PEACE, NEAR TO NATURE

NO POWER BACKUP, POOR MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTY

Friendly staff, always ready to assist.Spacious apartment. This property is good for tourists on a budget.

The standard in-room facilities advertised were non existant. Breakfast is limited to few Indian dishes only... made to order..... no fruits /cereals etc.Property is situated 1.5km from the main road with only residences around. The room rate i paid, after my discount from booking.com, was much higher than the going rates.

Good food, good service

The location mentioned on Booking, com says Mapusa but the hotel is at Porvirim,

Cost

Poor serviceUnreliable transport arrangementLocation

Good

Bed matress were not in good shape... I got a backache after sleeping for the first dayFridge was not working. And neither did they replace it..

I like this place, it's in middle from all famous beaches. All its staff is really polite. The place has really clean and spacious rooms.

I found the hotel room very clean and capacious which is a very good thing. Also the location was quit good.

I think food quality can be even better.

Rooms were clean, spacious & overall ambience was nice. Reception area was good & big. Maybe they can make it more brighter by adding lights & some more tourist details. Staff was cordial & friendly.

Breakfast was complimentary but was quite limited in portion & menu options were limited. Also time taken to serve was quite high.Certainly scope to improve by giving more options & in a buffet manner.

We had chicken briyani daily for lunch , it was awesome.

TV was not working , during festival seasons cost is too high, atleast fix the rate slight variation, doors all not properly

Spacious accommodation considering it was a 2 BHK. Clean rooms. Good service by staff.

Drinking mineral water was chargeable. Normally atleast 1 mineral water bottle per person per day is provided by hotels. However if you opt for aqua guard water it is provided free of cost. Location is a bit isolated so you need to have a vehicle else transportation becomes very costly.

It was awesome experience staying at this property. View from balcony was excellent.

No lift, small bed

Room are clean & Spacious the aminities they are providing was good , Staff was very polite and helpful..Most importantly balcony was very good i enjoyed the nature having a cup of coffee there.

They have to provide hair dryer as well apart from that every thing is great

Nice room, kept clean and plenty of fresh air, open spaces

There was a large kitchen but completely empty. No tea coffee making facility. Water geusers not working well - their men had to come and switch on

Good location, friendly staff, spacious rooms

Slow room service, not enough food options, no dishes provided if not using gas.
