Nothing to improve. Just for future, during buffet and peak hours at restaurant baby chair quantity should be increased since mostly families were seen using them. However staff was always arranged the same for us without any delays

Our entire stay was absolutely fantastic! We travelled as a family along with our pet, a 7 months golden retriever puppy, and the entire experience was made very memorable for our entire family. From the moment we entered until we checked out, everyone was so welcoming. The chef made special meals for our little pup that she absolutely enjoyed. A special shoutout to the entire staff, thank you so much for taking such good care of us. Hyatt Centric will be our go to spot for every Goa vacation. 100% would recommend ?

My husband is disabled person and we did not get needed wheelchair assistance which is a shame for a hotel like Hyatt.

This was our 2nd time stay in Hyatt Centric, we enjoyed the food (breakfast and dinner) during this time. The taste and options were great compared to last time stay (December 2024). Staff is super friendly, specially during breakfast and dinner hours they helped with our requests, just to name a Rutuja and Rahul provided the excellent service and hospitality during our stay. We also enjoyed the play area, swimming pool and other facilities.

1. During our last visit the room was equipped with facilities such as pair of slippers, hand towels. But this time they weren’t provided. Also, when hotel knows that there will be 2+1 guests in a room, they should proactively keep 3 towels, guests shouldn’t ask for an extra towel. It is different, when requested it was provided. But hotel understanding the guest and their basic needs will make you stand out.2. In cafeteria we saw many people putting their hands to take the food, in fact during our dinner a family of 6-8 ppl entered the restaurant and few of them walked around the buffet area tasting the food on the move, not only that, those ppl dint even stay back for dinner, as they walked out. We did inform to the staff multiple times, but unsure there was any action taken. Request management to keep an eye on kids and some ppl who does this activity and it’s really unhygienic and uncomfortable for ppl like us.3. Food and drinks at pool side, ppl were eating snacks with drinks sitting in the pool. If it’s only elders could be okay, but they were feeding to kids and swimming!

Great Menu spread in morning , very good food , staff courtesy , good service , very central location , bigger room provided , close to pool for us and easy to access , nice decor of the restaurant

Overcrowded pool and small pool but was a good jacuzzi , although can do with more cleanliness & removal of musty smell in closed indoor play area , room sofa bed needed maintenance and sink

The hospitality of staff and internship students

Maintenance work was going on in the 4th floor where I was given room, drilling and banging sound lot of dust on door and floor, food was pathetic, bland and tasteless, every alternate day same menu was repeated, no first aid for simple travel sickness and my daughter also had food poisoning not happy with overall experience

The hotel is situated right next to the main Candolim road. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast spread was excellent, you may skip lunch with such a nice breakfast. The king rooms were large and had an extra sofa cum bed for kids. They had a dining buffet offer for 2 adults and kids go free.

There was an issue with the AC for a couple of hours and we had a stay for just one day and for few hours and those hours also we had no AC in the room. Unless we went back to booking.com we could not get the issue resolved as they offered an interim solution of only providing a fan instead of an ACHence that was disappointing

The rooms were given too far for my parents to walk, which was too difficult.However the staff all round was helpful with us and Ms.Toli also helped us provide a temporary room in the evening before our flight for a nominal rate. Otherwise, the chef, the dining manager and overall staff were all kind to us.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Candolim during 1st week of March with family of 4 including our little kid. Our stay was superb and child friendly . Location is also good . Nearest beach is Candolim beach which was little far approx 25 min by walk

Breakfast spread was extraordinary. Location is the best. I would like to commend Simu for her exceptional service during our stay at the hotel. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel at home from the moment I arrived. She was attentive, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Whether it was assisting with special requests or offering helpful local recommendations, she handled every task with a smile and a positive attitude. Her outstanding customer service truly made my experience memorable, and I’m grateful for her dedication and hard work.

The bright spot? The breakfast. The food service staff was friendly and attentive, making mornings the best part of my stay.

My recent stay at the Hyatt was frustrating in several ways. After booking at a set price, I was surprised to see the rate had changed upon arrival. They called it “dynamic pricing”—I call it a rip-off. On top of that, the front desk misinformed me, saying I couldn’t rent a scooter with an international license, which I later found out wasn’t true. To make matters worse, mosquitoes were a real issue. When I brought it up, the hotel’s solution was offering me Band-Aids. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience left much to be desired.
