Bloom Boutique Baga

Very nice, neat and clean property.Room has all the basic amenities, even has a balcony, neat and clean newly built rooms.Neat and clean swimming pool. The prices of the Food are very decent.Location is very nice, major attractions are easily reachable.Value for money stay!

Room service could be a little faster. They don't provide room service before 11 AM, should atleast provide bed tea/coffee in the room in Morning!

Staff are very friendly and welcoming

Needs to be cleaner. The pool area needs a deep clean along with the bedrooms. House keeping does come around however the bedrooms and overall cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. It’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre of Baga

Restaurant staff and there hospitality

Behaviour of reception staff was unprofessional and not at all acceptable. There were no parking facility and the way they responded for the query was also not acceptable. Even the behaviour of the security was also too bad. It was like I entered their building as a refugee

The hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely.

The location. In a wilderness. walk to nearest beach which was a party beach littered with rubbish., including used condoms ! Sunbeds are totally inadequate and reserved by Brits at 6.30 am ! Breakfast was terrible. Other meals just didn't exist ! Bar was very poorly stocked. Lift went out of service. Many power cuts. Generator was so so loud. Lots of building works next to the property.. in-house cesspit, which was terribly smelly! Taxi drivers didn't know where the property was ! Very few alternative restaurants nearby. Spent a fortune in taxis. Balconies to rooms but no chairs for them! I had a suite with 2 balconies - total waste of money ! A terrible experience. Why would anyone choose to stay here ?

Rama at reception is very courteous and accommodating. Staff is courteous. Listened patiently and attended nicely. Affordable accommodation but few things need attention.

Breakfast not good. Better if no buffet. Location not good. Far from beach. Construction ongoing.Bathroom isn't right. Bathing enclosure must. Must have sofa chair in room.

The rooms were clean and spacious enough. The beds were super comfortable .Facilities like Hair Dryer and Iron board were provided whenever needed. Staff was courteous and polite which is usually not the case at most of the places in Goa. They have a good breakfast spread which was enjoyable. The pool was decently clean too and we were able to enjoy the dip. The balcony view from the room is also nice and pretty. Overall a very comfortable stay.

It's a boutique hotel and as the name suggests it is small, bright and clean. The staff was exceptional. Being a solo female traveller, I didn't have any concerns about safety.

It's location is a bit off the main road.

Spotlessly clean. Lovely sized room and bathroom. Appreciated the toiletries. Bed very comfortable and huge. Loved the balcony. Did not have time for a swim but looked good

- very clean and comfortable rooms with all the basic amenities that you need.- newly constructed- good location, away from the crowd , yet near ( walkable distance) to all the action in baga area.- good ( but limited) breakfast spread. - most of the stuff happen through the mobile app- good wifi - friendly and helpful staff

- nothing as such.

Room service was fast

Cleanliness. Room was full of dust when I checked in. I had to immediately ask the reception to mop the floor again and clean the tables.

The staff were courteous. The service prompt was good. The breakfast spread was good and tasty.

The furniture and fixtures seem to be old. The room floor tiles are strained.

The location was close to Baga beach. The staff was friendly and helpfulThe facility was basic -2 to 3 star hotel

The rooms were small and congestedBreakfast was disappointingThe cleanliness needs improvementThe price was exorbitant for the space/facility

Staff were very GoodService was excellent Hotel was neat and cleanAmbience was greatFelt like living in own home

The staff was well mannered and helpful.

The breakfast was not edible. There was nothing available at the counters as the service was slow. There were fruit flies on open kept things like fruits etc.

The property was clean and hygienic.

I only found difficulty in finding the property in Google Maps. Infact my airport cab driver couldn’t locate the property for which I had to walk down to the main road and guide him the way. This is just a geo-location issue and can be fixed easily.

Very comfortable and clean. The staff is excellent. Niazi at the reception is extremely polite and helpful. Rest of the staff is also very well mannered and upto the mark. The hotel stands up to its values of affordability, generosity, simplicity and honesty.I would love to stay at Bloom wherever possible.I recommend it for stay. Great going.

Located at a very convinient distance to both Baga and Calangute beaches this is a very well & cleanly maintained property. Staff was very helpful. We loved the breakfast menu. Almost everything about our stay here was pleasant.

We felt rooms are a little small but thats not a major concern as the cleanliness is ensured and not compromised.

Breakfast was ok and location was also good.

The rooms and bathroom need additional cleaning as they were not sufficiently cleaned.

Rooms; facilities; outstanding and we'll maintained rooms; courteous staff, location and very reasonable price of stay and food/ beverage

Stay was excellent

Hospitality, behavior of the staff, high quality towels, blankets, etc.

Chai in the breakfast was masala chai but without Masala. I can understand that it is to save the money, but providing better chai, wont make much difference. Only difference would be, guests would be really pleasant with it.
