The location can't be beat. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and many food and shopping places around town. Cabs are nearby also. Staff was kind and helpful. Many nearby beaches are easy to walk to also. Bed was big and comfortable, and the fridge worked nicely. Great price, too.

The bathroom was not that clean, but it was fine. No one cleaned the room while I was there.

The best part of this hotel in just 2 minutes distance, room was neat and clean, good staff, clean swimming pool and great to enjoy, overall it was good experience....

Awesome location right on the beach .2 mins walk to Baga beach and 10 mins walk to Calangute beach close to market and everything is at walking distance Stff very helpful throughout our stay special thanks to Hussain who helped us personally to the airport coz there was a taxi strike.if you are in Goa to relax,you should give a try to the massage service with the lady here(actually both husband and wife work here) Room-we booked the wooden chalets.Very big rooms.Neat and clean. Everyday housekeeping services was there. Even the bathrooms were pretty big and clean. Every possible service was available.Safe for girls as wel. The property is very well maintained.The only thing that we felt needs a little improvement was the food. The price is high and the food lacks taste. This is the only minus point. But you still have the shacks where you can order food as the beach is very close by. So food will not be a problem if you stay here. Otherwise everything is pretty much up to the mark.we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. I would surely recommend it to my friends and would love to come back again

I hade an amazing stay, From the moment I arrived, The staff was incredibly kind welcoming,and always reddy to assist with anything I needed, their hospitality truly made a difference in my experience,the room were spacious,well maintained,and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, the property itself was beautifully maintained, with great amenities that added to the overall experience, everything was just perfect,and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay..

How helpful the hotel staff is. Otherwise it okay okay and pretty decent for a stay in north goa as the market.

Property needed better hot water service. Also we had a bad experience with cockroaches in the room during the last 2 days of our stay.

1. Location - Very near to the beach and market area. However, it was tricky to get Zomato or Blinkit orders delivered here.2. Staff - Staff was very friendly and always eager to help and make the stay pleasant.3. Good value for money.

1. The rooms aren't as spacious as shown on the Booking website images.2. TV remote was not working in my room.

Didn’t like the room, air condition doesn’t work good, THE PICTURES OF ROOMS IS SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN IN THE REALITY. That’s why I don’t recommend this place

Room near the beach offers a unique and relaxing experience. The proximity to the beach allows for easy access to outdoor activities like swimming, surfing, or simply lounging on the sand. Sunrises and sunsets are especially breathtaking.And lastly I will say the room are neat and clean and specially the room service boy they are very kind hearted...

No breakfast/ lunch/dinner was available. Location is good.Courteous staff

Long menu for in-room dining but hardly any item is available. Not even tea or coffee is available at any time. No tea coffee machine in rooms. Only one flask for hot water is there. Cockroaches are abundant in rooms. Rooms don't have any cable/dish connections. Plastic glasses are kept in rooms. Cleaning of rooms/ housekeeping is done in the evening despite requesting in the morning.
