Without any information, without any Call they cancel my Booking.When i reach the hotel and call , they said I cancel your booking .

As they say on web site that the location of hotel is near the beach , but it's located far away.As I have to go back from vacation due to some immergency work , hotel didn't refund me the remaining days money .

Dear readers, never book online such type of C grade property। always book for one day at first. A poor filthy Bihari was at counter, didn't know how to talk with customer, pool man told he change pool water once in a week, no free breakfast was provided, though I clicked on free breakfast. Smelly bathroom, beside it open Smelly plot, owner was missing for all 4 days. The sole purpose to cut customer's pocket. Highly fed up from the property. So never book from these online websites. Check room manually and book at counter.

Very bad hospitality. They charged extra 1500 as advance payment other than the room rent and told they will repay this when we check out, but didn’t repay this.

Property is not good...rooms are not clean..rooms smell very badly. Checkout time was 11 am and I went for a checkout at 11.07 am and the manager asked for extra money since I was late to checkout that was a crazy thing I have experienced here...i clearly refused to give extra money for 7 mins....so be careful while dealing with them....room AC is not working properly we can't change the room temperature by using the remote..when I checked with support team they said AC is centrally controlled.....
