Calangute Beach Prime

Only location and cleanliness.

Congested parking, not enough staff, no exoust fan in toilet, toilet flush & jet spray was not working. A gang of stray dogs are always there in front of the hotel gate which appears to be very dangerous as they started banking as soon as some strangers appears. On being asked why there is no proper maintenance or shortage of staff it is told that the property is being taken over by some other management shortly.

No like , staff are very rood , no maintenance, bad service

I had a great stay at Fabhotel prime the king’s court. The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing night’s sleep.

Bad

T v not working., no hot water in the bathroom, no cleanliness., breakfast closed before time., no proper guest respect at the restaurant

-Good location for the town and not far from the beach area but maybe a bit too far to walk! - really good WiFi - excellent friendly staff 5*-nice pool- nice food in the restaurant and the manager was really helpful - nice big bedrooms modern bathroom and very comfy bed!- good air con

The hotel would probably benefit from a bit of updating in some areas but in general for the price we were very happy.

The room was not as per the standard of Fab hotel.. in the bathroom, there was leakage around the shower, WC and sink area. Had some bad small all around the room. Towels and floor mats were placed dirty on arrival. After requesting one of the staff, just folded on the clean side and offered us the same towel. When I showed him he said sorry he mistakenly bought another dirty one.
