    • Bathroom stank, check-in with machine was a bad experience. Room had a staircase which was too narrow to bring big luggage up.
    • quality of the hotel was much lower than we have previously had from B& B hotels, seemed to be a cheap motel they had taken over. Rock solid beds, steep and rickety stairs in the room, wirey carpet. Room was very hot, fan provided but no air con. quality not what we expected for £100+ per night. Breakfast had very few fresh options.

Only stayed for few hours sleep and travelling with my dogs I'd definitely stay here again

The Location itelf is great when it comes to Motorway Access, literally 4min away you got the A1! Airport CDG is about 20min away, which is what I (!!) was looking for. I chose the Location because i lived in Paris for 3.5years and did not want to put myself in that misery of traffic mess again. The Room itself was clean, warm and laminated flooring. We stayed 2 nights, even Towels were changed, and Bed was redone, it did not know/expect that. Regarding Food, plenty of options, from McDonalds right beside, and other Restaurants. You can choose to take breakfast onsite for 8.50Euro. I was "fine" with it, Coffee, Orange Juice, small Selection of baked Goods, Scambled Eggs, Bacon.

I will be talking ONLY about OUR Room, YOUR Room might be different! Well, what i was missing in the Room was a Kettle to be able make yourself at least a cup of Tea. That being said, yes, in the Lobby there is a Microwave and a Coffee Vending Machine, but when you have to carry it all the way back to the room, especially if your room is on the end of the building....just saying. Also, no Mini Fridge. When you come after a long trip like me, and have left-over food, would be great to have a possiblity to keep it chilled overnight! You have Restaurants 3min walk away, McDoncalds opens only at 10am (!), and has Airport-Area Prices 27Euros for 2 Meals ! Even OUR Room it self was nice, it had the Toilet in one room downstairs, and the Shower in another room downstairs, (private, what we wanted) BUT the actual Room was UPstairs. The Staircase is very narrow if you have a heavy Suitcase to carry UP, it will be sideways walking up, or if you have a walking disability, there is not much space. The Bed was Queen Sized, but seemed not to be fixed, and made rumbeling Noises everytime we sat down or lied down, which gave a

    Adequate. Good location.

It was not made clear that there were two B&B on the same site. If I had known that there were narrow and steep stairs to reach the bedroom I would not have booked. Room was cold.

good location near the airport and some restaurants

room is 2 floors for some weird reason. the toilets and shower are on the entrance floor and beds are on the upper level. this makes it super not comfortable. all the luggage is kept on the lower floor. room is not comfortable

The room was unaceptable and I did not stay there and I said so to the Manager and told her that she could rent the room again since we left

When we came in at 4h30 about, the manager told me that it was a bit further, about 150 yards. I asked her if she had a room at the hotel, but she told me no, I am full. then I went to the other hotel under her management. When I arrived, at the door as locked and it was a machine for registration. So, I went back to the manager and told her what happened and that it looks like an inexpensive Formule 1 Hotel. She still said that she was booked and if I needed a receptionist, it would open at 5 PM. I return there, used the computer and finally after I paid 195,50 Euros, I was able to go to the room. I then found out that the room was not at all what I saw on your site. Then I took pictures for proof. The bed was on the 2d floor with 2 bunk beds, the bathroom and toilet were on the first floor and the stair to go up was so narrow that you could not take your luggage with you unless it was in front of you or behind you. All this is unacceptable for the type of hotel that we are used to. My wife is 74 years old and I am 77 and the room was not proper to our needs. I went back to the Manager after I took a room at a hotel close by nd told her so. She then told me That if I had told her before she would have been able to move a guest and give me a room. It was then 6pm and I told her that Bought a room at a decent hotel not far and that she could rent her room again since we just took a look at the unacceptable room. I also told her that I paid with an American Credit card and that I was contesting and denied the payment. She offered me a room next year when everything will define, but I did not accepted it. At this time I am back in the States, it is 3AM and to tell you the truth, still pretty upset. I will call my Credit card later to let them know. Hoping that you will had already took care of the problem. I re=arely complain as you must know, So does my Credit card, especially with the amounts that we spend.I am sorry for what happened, and to put you it.

Friendly manager and good value breakfast with plenty of choice.

Another chair or stool would have been helpful. Not everyone wants to sit on a bed.We also thought we'd booked into what was the Campanile hotel. Now they're all B&B perhaps it could be made clearer where they are.

    4ThomasPosted on: 8-5-2024

    Disappointing

Advertised with AC, it didn't work. A broken fan was in the room which I can only assume was meant to replace it. One of the bunk bed wall bed lights (for the children) had screws and wall plugs completely out of the wall with wires showing

    3RONYPosted on: 7-31-2024

A good location not far from CDG airport.

The bedroom was like "Sauna" room since the AC was not properly working. The water is everywhere in the bathroom, either if you want to just wash your hands or take a shower, it seems that there is a leakage issue.

Only location. For the rest it was not acceptable.

2 hotels with the same name and address made for wasted time at check in, which was an unreadable screen in sunlight - very poor reception. Broken toilet seat room 8I won’t be staying with you again. I am 72 and do not like having to go down stairs in the middle of the night to take a leak. I nearly broke my neck on the stairs. A thoroughly horrible experience.

After previous experiences of more the more budget target accommodations for one night stop overs in France I was a little concerned as we have not stayed at a B&B Hotel before. However on arrival we were really happy with the room which while not massive used the space really well, had plenty of individual space and didn’t feel at all cramped. The bathroom facilities on the ground floor also made good use of space and ensured privacy.Easy food options for a quick feed with a McDonald’s and KFC literally over the road. Breakfast was also surprising well catered with lots of choice, fresh and plentiful. The staff we did encounter could not have been more helpful and was very pleasant to deal with.My 8yo says “ The hotel was amazing and I would give it a 5 star review”. High praise indeed.Would definitely stop here or use another in the brand again after this experience.

    Nothing to complain about!

I asked for a room for an operated dog with movement problems and I got a perfect room!!Thanks a lot

    1RonaldPosted on: 8-16-2023

    Awful

Bed bugs in the bed. Got bitten and had itching all over within half an hour. We left immediately and booked another hotel, took a good shower and packed clothes in plastic bags to prevent bugs from spreading.

    7JohnyPosted on: 6-27-2023

The room is quite unique with bathroom dan WC seperated on the lower floor and beds on the upper floor connected with stairs. location is quiet far from city center. there are fastfood restos McD just in front of the hotel location & KFC on the other side, all are in walking distance.

there is nobody in the receptionist. when you arrive, a machine is waiting for you, key in all the booking confirmation and pay with credit card, no CASH accepted. you must prepare credit card if you want to stay here, it is quite far from city center as this hotel is near to CDG airport.

As always a great welcome and a lovely clean relaxed room after a long drive from England.

    Everything was as usual perfect

4 beds room for affordable money

for the payment, one needs to insert card, no option to pay by card touching

    7HashtagPosted on: 1-4-2023

Easy to find and close to train, restaurants and town

The noise from neighbours at 4am till 6 am daily was hard to deal with. Door could do with a latch to hold it still in a windy night. Could not get a coffee before 0730 in the morning.
