    Pros +

    • The location was good for our trips we wanted to make. Close by Parc Asterix for example.
    • Even though the place is pretty simpel, the room is small and the breakfast limited, I must say that it all fits, the place is clean and comfy the location good and the feel is really good, the staff speaks English and is very friendly, this is not a holiday hotel but for what it is it is really good.
    • You get what you pay for

    Cons -

    • It was very dirty, for example the shower didn’t drain properly and the air vents were full of dust and dirty things. There was a hole in the badroom door, shower cabin was becoming yellow. We only had one pillow in the bed and luckily the reception could provide more. There is no lock on the inside of the door.
    • I put my bags on the floor and I got a huge layer of muck and dust all over them it was gross. Plus there's an extractor fan in the shower and it had awful green and black balls of mould coming out of it.
    • At arrival they charged me an additionnal 15 euros for the same room, saying there was a error on booking. And I asked to change and the guy on reception refused as I have put my visa card. The other thing, there is no sound isolation, sometimes you hear your neighbours speaking

I spent two separate nights there. The first night came with breakfast, and the second night did not (which I wasn’t aware of). I did like their bread and croissants.

One of the women who worked there was very nasty to me in front of the guests. She humiliated me and made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I left earlier than I had planned. This was because I was unaware that my stay did not come with breakfast. This nasty woman should have simply taken me aside and explained the situation to me, and I would have paid for the breakfast. But instead, she chastised me in front of the guests. This woman desperately needs a course in Hospitality Etiquette. Shameful!

The breakfast was very basic. Their bread and croissants were very good. Most of the staff was nice and welcoming — with the exception of one woman who was very unpleasant towards me; which caused me to check out early. I liked that it was near the bus stop and near several restaurants within walking distance.

The toilets and showers (oftentimes needing attention) were outside of the rooms and you had to share them with the other guests. There was a front-office staff member who was extremely unpleasant towards me and reprimanded me in front of the hotel guests. Because of this incident, I will never return and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Something had happen to the coffee machine! I got the worst coffee in my life!

Very long waiting at the reception because of someone who didn't had a reservation. Instead of fixing quickly the ones who had everything in order, we needed to wait outside at a very late hour... There are situations when - first in the line - definitely does not work. And personal was not able to communicate in English.

Quite and fast to get to from airport

The room was too hot, and if you opened the windows, the mosquito's would bite all night long

Good parking, good location, lovely staff, manned 24/7, cheap basic breakfast, en suite cabrio room shower was good, pressure good. Bed linen clean and extra pillows and towels delivered to our room. Tv ok,

This is such a cheap hotel for obvious reasons, it doesn’t make it bad but we would not stay here again. The building lets the brilliant staff down. Wow, when the rooms say small….they are tiny, but knew when I booked as was struggling to find beds during Olympics. Corridors are painted a yuk grey, could and should be so much more invitingStuffy room, hinged window in the way when opened and every mozzie around, invited itself indoors when it was. Shelf and storage space plus general movement space almost non existent, room 133 really should only be a single room

    3JurgitaPosted on: 8-3-2024

Evening and morning staff that were pleasant

Rooms - in our room explanation it was written Tandem room - family room with private bathroom while at the hotel Tandem room is actually just a bed - no bath, shower, wc, any air circulation and with a very poor noise isolation. The staff felt apologetic saying that it’s booking that is presenting the hotel incorrectly therefore I am sure now this post won’t appear. It’s really a shame.

Almost nothing, except 20 MN from the airport.

Too small, no water to drink, no water to buy.

Terrible accommodation I ordered tandem, on booking was with private bathroom but after in accommodation was not with. They told me only cabrio rooms are with private bathroom. So be careful. Terrible staffs works there too. Rooms are dirty, full of mosquitoes, on the was blood from mosquitoes everywhere. Everywhere was hairs of previous customers, very dirty room.Very noisy whole night, without earblocks you will not be able to sleep. Never again.

    All was terrible

    Horrible hotel, never again!

Room was disgusting shower clogged, carpet filthy, no A/C, swamped with moskitos,... Quite simply the worst night ever I had to spend, excrutiating, not being able to breathe, having to open the tiny window for very little air, but dozens of moskitoes swarming in. Hotel must be near a swamp. Anyway, unable to sleep for that price, a scandal. And I'm not talking about the tiny kitchen that can acommodate about 10 persons at the time, which could be OK, but not when you have a buss-full of turist trusting the breakfast for more than an hour. Utterly appaling hotel, never again. Even at that price, one must expect much, much more. Simply a rip off.

    5RomanPosted on: 7-6-2024

parking space is quite crammed, vending machine was not working and there was no way to get a bottle of water.

    7LauraPosted on: 6-29-2024

There was reception available to meet me there late at night. Although there was no bathroom in the room, there was a sink. The room was clean and comfortable. The croissants for breakfast were amazing, fresh and delicious. They also had some juice available and a machine where you could get coffee, hot water, or hot chocolate.

There was only one bathroom for many rooms. And there were two showers. The door to the hallway would slam shut when people came through. I had a hard time getting there from the airport because I came in very late and the taxi drivers wanted to charge $40. And for some reason, I couldn’t get an Uber or bolt driver. Getting out there in the morning was a lot easier. It is not in Paris, which I had thought it was at first.

    Worst Hotel experience ever

Scorching hot room because of the summer weahther (no air conditioning). Armies of mosquitoes when opening the window on a very bright light for the parking lot.Result: no possibility to sleep at all. We would have been better off continuing our journey by night.I never had such bad hotel experience.

    2LukaszPosted on: 6-17-2024

Very handy location for CDG airport

Room not cleaned properly, bedding looked like it wasn’t changed before our arrival, showers and toilets messy and dirty.

    2AmyPosted on: 4-27-2024

    Unsafe and poorly advertised.

The booking said the bathroom was private. Then had to pay for an upgrade to get a private bathroom so I don’t have to share with construction workers. Room didn’t have a lock on the door. Don’t have window covering on the window. Awful and scary. I had my dog, or I wouldn’t have felt remotely safe.

Value for money and good location for those who need to stay close to the airport and the city as well.

room was a little tight, but it was ok for the price I paid.
