They ask me extra amount... Not clean at all... No water....

Loot of mosquitos no neat ness and they not giving proper bill. And not providing any facilitys like drinking water or bathing soap etc.

room was nice and spacious as well as cleaned. A worth stay overall. Really nice hospitality. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was very good and comfortable. The staff was amazing and helpful. Very Good place to stay

Everything was perfect. The staff were fabulous and friendly. crispy clean bed sheet and pillow covers on the bed and was comfortable.

Worst experience, this hotel needs to be delisted from booking.com to save the brand value

1. The receptionist did not provide the room at booked price and demanded nearly 50% more saying that booking.com has quoted less on the booking.com website2. Room was not clean, bathrooms tiles were dirty.3. The hotel is just above a wine shop and the bar. Not comfortable for a family at all.4. The corridors were full of smoke from the bar till 3rd floor.

Not like any. ground floor wineshop. Booked AC room. Room boy told out side rain so no AC.

Well, I booked the room which was showing 490 at that time, I reached the hotel and the person at the reception asked me to show the booking details, which I did. After checking it he said he can't accept this booking as the price is showing too low and minimum I have to pay 1000 Rs. It was night time and I was with female friends, the hotel is situated in a secluded place where there is liquor shop beneath the hotel. We felt unsafe and left from there immedietly.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean.

I would definitely recommend this hotel! The room was modern and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and helpful.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.
