Poor wifi speed. I don't have generally breakfast, meaning is not my case but no European breakfast.

Cannot like this property as it does not cater to basic bathroom facilities

1. The room where we stayed had water that was greenish yellow colour. Disgusting to look at. The water in the western commode had the same water. The same green coloured water was coming in the sink and bath tap bland shower. 2. The staff behaved as if this was normal and gave us no solution untill 1 am in the night. 3. The following morning, some person disguised as the General Manager and came to the room to see the water situation. And again did not give any solution. 4. We finally decided to check out the room and go somewhere else to get ready and go the conference we had to conduct. 5. One staff member began to be extremely rude and was telling me the green water was normal.

Kitchen closes at 10.00 pm. No bar. No bar in a radius if two km. My dish tv was deactivated early morning today as they had not recharged the package. No night staff. Only one person at the reception. No house keeping or room service Chaucer’s visible.

Location closer to Attibelle area . My Driver commented that the facilities for Drivers were clean and neat . Staff attitude was very good .

Very pleasant stay. Well mannered and exceptionally helpful staff. They speak 3-4 languages. Equally comfortable stay for both family and business groups.Taste of food was very good and not as generic as found in similar star hotels. The food had a special Tamilnadu style to it. Facilites and Quality of the room both were good.

Cleaniness and good house keeping , dinner was not available at 10 pm only , fortunately with front desk we can able to manage with sandwiches, thank you dears

Luxury hotel at very convenient location, very courteous staff. Great place for corporate workshops. Food was delicious.Every member of the team right from the entrance of the hotel to the staff in the restaurant were so kind, courteous and thoughtful. No request was too much trouble.Very good place to stay and have meetings with the dignitaries.

The rooms are spacious, luxurious and clean. The staff are very friendly and make every effort to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent value for money. Mr. Ravi and Mr Nitish was greeting by a warm and professional staff who made me feel genuinely welcome.

The ambiance of the restaurant is simply lovely - elegant and cozy at the same time. The menu is full of delicious options, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh and expertly prepared, and the presentation was stunning.

The rooms were compact but still well built. If you are short on budget you can explore the surrounding areas and explore South Indian food. And hotel had gym and swimming pool too. Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Ms. Sashima & Ms. Goma are very cooperative and property is very neat and clean. Mr. Tamil and Mr vinoth helped us with luggage dropping and inspired to post this review. Thanks to Team Hotel Hills!

Beautiful view and a very comfortable start. The breakfast buffet was really good! Highly recommend it.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly generous. The food, it's well prepared in hygienic conditions and it tastes great. Hotel hills Hosur is an excellent choice for those looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hosur.

Recently stayed at the luxurious Hotel Hills Hosur for a weekend getaway and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home.The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could ask for. The bathroom was particularly impressive, Staff at the reception Mr. Kiran & Mr. Tamil were very pleasant & helpful. House keeping and other cleanings and Hotel is good, rooms are very spacious.

The food quality is not good, I had order some soup it was so terrible could eat more than a spoonful. They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance is okay. Poor quality service. We had to wait a good 30 minutes before someone noticed us and the restaurant was practically empty at that Time . The food was mediocre too. Never recommending this to anybody. maintenance service is too delay, A/C was not working properly . Especially Night time there is not responding properly from room service. There is no Hospitality service, staff's are not professional except front desk.

Very good hotel with nice ambience. Though it comes under a Luxury Category I would definitely suggest for everyone who wants luxury as their priority along with safety and good food. Snacks and beverages are good and tasty since all the good brands are available in the room.Very nice hotel with good interior and cleanliness. All rooms and dining facilities are well maintained. Complementary breakfast spread and quality is good. What is observed is they won't compromise on quality. Ms.Sashima & Mr.Arup take care me lot

Only I'm disappointed with the room service they always delay with their service. It would be a great effort from the Hotel Management if you could change since we all the guest could be happy

Ambience and spacious room.

Room service spoiled milk in the cofee. And shower not working properly specially the mixer heat and cold not working

new hotel and very clean. all staff’s good. good service is good and clean

except Saravanan- front desk- but did apologize. Did not have the hair dryer in any room. Told us I will get it in 5-10 minutes. The toilet was clogged. Responded after 30 minutes. Took 3 calls to address it. The online booking process in their website is just poor. Indians are expert in this process.- IT guys. I did one for 2 days before this one booking directly on their web site..

The room was spacious and comfortable.

The TV wasn't working. And the bathroom shower drain was clogging. Water wasn't draining off.
