    • Thanks a lot It was clean , the staff were all friendly and helpful

    Cons -

    • Breakfast is expensive, not enough value for money, no varity, low quality coofee, need to pay for good coffee. No smart TV.No activities at night for elder kids, only for small kids.
    • The resort have 1 or 2 front desk working after 23:00, there was bad smell from A/C, the iron that i had, made electrical short circuit which resulted in loss of electricity in the room so i really was not happy and the matter wasn’t solved.

    Close to Gardaland Park,

the rooms has no balcony or option for balcony. breakfast was the same everyday, staff needs better english skills.

    Fun themes.

Location and lack of enough transport to cater for larger crowd wanting to travel to the theme park.

    8DanielPosted on: 7-1-2025

The themed rooms, staff, and pool were nice

Not walkable to the resort, but instead a quick 5 min bus ride. Pool you had to wear swim caps.

Thematic rooms great for children, easy access to Gardaland park.

There were several electricity oitings during our stay. Also soundproof of the hotel is not that good.

    4DarrenPosted on: 4-12-2025

Other than the location which is near the parks, this is a terrible hotel. Bad beds, aircon not working, bad breakfast, indifferent staff. Skip this hotel and stay anywhere else.

Overrated place, huge price for what it offers, low quality rooms and facilities, just wallpaper everywhere. Very low quality food and variety, practically the lowest quality hotel we stayed in our entire vacation in Italy. Only one receptionist for so many guests, we had to wait 40 minutes to make the check in. We came there and asked for two rooms and I showed them my offer on booking which was lower than the price offered at the reception. They asked me to pay on booking to get that price and had to wait again for them to see it in their system ? So bad customer service. There are better hotels in the area, even the one right next to this one, don’t waist your money on this. Such a dissapointment.

Nice hotel with thematic rooms for the children. Fantastic decoration and well equipped. Amenities and cleaning is good. The heat in the room was full. Transport to the Gardaland park is free and very often, only 5 minutes away.

The quality of food wasn't so good, actually it was bad..?? I expected it just because it .is a family-friendly hotel to have higher quality products.

    4SarahPosted on: 10-7-2024

Checking out of the hotel. The staff in the resturant (the only one open) was good.

The bed was extrermely hard, their was nothing for children to do at the resort and felt like a ghost town. The staff at reception were not helpful, their english and understanding wasnt good. My daughter had hurt her wrist and we were wanting a bandage, the hotel had nothing other than a bandaid or a stretch fabric that was for a finger.

The hotel rooms are spacious, tidy, and perfect for families. The park is delightful and offers plenty of entertainment for the kids. One drawback is that the hotel restaurant closes early during lunchtime, leaving guests with the option to either order fast food by the pool or venture outside the hotel for a meal, as there is no room service available.

The restaurant should be open to accommodate families and provide better accessibility. Additionally, they require more staff to assist at the front desk.

Nothing, poor value for money, an old hotel, very bad food

The room, cleanliness, pool where everybody must wear a cap, disgusting food, old common areas

    9TracyPosted on: 8-30-2024

The themed rooms where really great. The added extras and touches were really good too. Taking away the kids element it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in

The kids being so close to the door and being unable to lock the door. I have a sleep walker so it was a lil bit of a worry

    8BogdanPosted on: 8-28-2024

Impressive thematic hotel. Room was very nice, we choose for glacial, and is very good compartmented if you travel with children. Nice pool, perfect for the afternoon before visiting the park.

Like other thematic fun parks hotel, this hotel is far from the park. Can't say is walking distance and then you need to stick with the shuttle bus schedule, which is working ok. Little bit expensive, overall, for what is offering, even is the park hotel.

    9FoteiniPosted on: 8-20-2024

Excellent location to visit GardalandA nice themed room with adequate space fot the familyA nice pool

I felt it was extremely overpriced just for the room with no breakfastThe shuttles were overcrowded at peak times and the wait was long in the extreme heat

    6AliPosted on: 8-11-2024

Very clotto gradaland and south part of the lake, kids loved the theme of the room.

Very noisy at night, we couldn't sleep until midnight.Noise comes from other rooms, staff couldn't do anything about it
