Gardaland Hotel

The Atmosphere was incredible.

The Pool was closed for the time i was there.

The room was comfortable

face painting for the kids during Halloween should have been complimentary and not extra pay by the hotel .

It’s a magical idea to create a hotel for children. The free shuttle bus every 10 minutes to Gardaland Park is very convenient, since walking would take about 30 minutes.

It would be great to have more outdoor playgrounds for children.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. The chef was amazing, showing us what was gluten free every dinner and bringing food from the kitchen so that we don't have to take from the buffet and risk cross contamination (we ate only at Wonder restaurant). The free shuttles to Gardaland park were convenient.

Expensive, all things considered. We made a mistake and didn't include breakfast/dinner in our reservation so had to pay separately and it was very expensive every meal, and there aren't really any options nearby if you don't have a car.

The location is excellent – very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel’s design and atmosphere are great for kids, with plenty of areas and activities to keep them entertained.

Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean, and the overall condition of the facilities suggests they are not well maintained. Almost everything comes with an extra charge – even basic items like towels at the pool, which cost €2 each (and more for other small necessities).Overall, while the location and family-friendly feel are great, the lack of cleanliness and the constant extra charges made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

The property is wonderful. The restaurant - just skip it and find a better alternative. The staff were lovely.

Check in is stated at 3pm however we were given our room at 4pm.

The hotel is spacious, the garden is very nice. The staff is polite.

Food is totally bad and there's nothing fresh and healthy, nothing. Rooms are noisy, the walls are made of carton. And it is a child friendly hotel but your kid cannot fall asleep because other kids are screaming.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming - everything was infused with too much suggar, almost no healthy options.

The reception staff were very welcoming and informative. Good location for the park.

Some of the staff members were rude.The toilets need improvement as the flush was not working properly.Bed were not that comfortable.

The hotel is 10 out of 10 honestly but the customer services is 1 out of 10! They advertise free tickets and free access to Legoland for kids inclusive but when you are there they were forcing us to pay a few hundreds euros for tickets! Also they lied about the price selling us season tickets for one weekend when Italians are using the same season tickets for a few months found out after that from an Italian. More than that always you must buy extra tickets if you want to enter to different places all inside Gardaland. Also they lie about free parking and they asked us to pay daily for the parking! I always had the feeling that they want to rip off their clients! Total poor and disgusting customer service even the hotel is wow! If you have a great hotel you are not entitled to rip off clients or lie to them! Shame!!!

Beautiful hotel, close to Gardaland. Good breakfast, Free parking.

No AC working in September. Shuttle schedule to park is not stable, with a long pause. Limited food choice with one working restaurant.

The hotel is really nice especially if travelling with children. Beautiful courtyard/garden and outdoor gym facilities and well maintained order. Good connection through shuttle bus to the Gardaland parks and not too far from train station.

The breakfast could be a little better to be honest, as for Italian standards the pastries were not all that great, but overall a good affordable continental breakfast.

The hotel atmosphere was magical,it was a never ending Gardaland experience.The animation team was great,every night had a different theme and they put a lot of effort into it.It's a kid friendly hotel,with plenty of Gardaland details and comfortable rooms.The food in the Wonder restaurant was tasty and had a big diversity of dishes and desserts.They stay was better than I expected and my child was entertained all day long

I found the wonder restaurant prices a bit pricey, although the food was delicious

Popular with dog owners so be prepared for owners leaving their dogs in the room to bark for hours.Dinner buffet very expensive for what it is. Not value for money at all. Twice as expensive than eating out at a restaurant.
