Location, staff, cleanliness, parking,

Outdated furniture in the room/bathroom, but nevertheless clean. Breakfast options very limited.

The hotel was nice, with parking right next to it. The room was clean, and it was easy to get there. The reception staff were really helpful when we asked a few questions. A larger town is nearby, and it’s a pleasant walk to get there.

I would have appreciated knowing earlier that we could ask the staff for a cappuccino (which isn’t from the all-in-one coffee machine) and that it’s included in the breakfast. We only found out on the last day.

Beautiful location, superb staff, excellent complete breakfast with a very good restaurant to boot.

This was perfect for our needs as a one-night fill-in beetween Lake Como and the Dolomites.

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is right next to the lake. Spacious parking lot.

Too many rules. On arrival you get a whole book of rules of what not to do in the hotel and in the room.

Spacious, quiet and clean apartment with patio and front garden with separate entrance. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, safe and other useful facilities for a week's stay. The apartment is about 100 m from a small pebble beach and 2 restaurants. Ideal location for trips to the surrounding area. The staff is very friendly, helpful, communicates very well. We were very satisfied.

The kitchen needs replenishing with common utensils (glasses, plates, etc. )

Good sized room with balcony. Great restaurant. Breakfast included in the price. Lovely walks nearby as well as good drive around the lake. Very clean area

Friendly staff, nice to be close to the lake.You can walk to Peschiera by using the promenade at the lake, that is a nice place to visit. The room was fine except maybe smelling a bit of the bathroom cleaning products, but otherwise fine.

Breakfast was "ok" Scrambled eggs were not well cooked, they always looked a bit too moisty in my opinion, the bolied eggs were cold and the yolk had a dark color which made it not look good.The rest of fhe breakfast was fine. Some fruit options and bread and crossaints.The location itself, there is not much there, just a couple of restaurants near by, but the closest town is around 20min away walking. Still nice to be next to the lake.

Great location, really friendly staff, good food, and the beds were comfy.

I had only a small issue with the covers, I was there with my nephew and we had only one cover which was thin and only good for one. I was cold in the evening

Nice location not far from the old town. Not many hotels around, so not crowded. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you. Private parking - free. The room was neat and clean.

Mosquitos (but depends where your room is). Restaurant - is bad. They will serve you spoiled food, and when you complain they will tell you "this is Italy" and walk away.

Directly on the lake. What a view at breakfast and dinner. Large room (i am used to little rooms in Italy). Parking directly at the hotel without extra fee. A very good aircondition. The food in the restaurant is exellence.

The lift is frightining, but you can easily walk to the first floor :)

We were in the second floor gehind the front building and a a side few of the lake which was great to even see some fireworks on Friday late night. The AC worked well to cool of the room and switch it off. The staff was very efficient of making the room while we had breakfast. The reception help us nicely with figuring out our day. Parking g was free and plenty available.

The parking is open and since 2 days before a hailstorm came through many cars where banged up and had broken windows/lights. With carports those would have been a bit protected. It only happens once every 30 years, so we were lucky that our stay was eventless.

Nice location, friendly staff, clean and confy. Easy acces and private free parking. Very good breakfast on terrace.

House in the second row was sold as lake view. Had to pay extra to see the lake
