Location, service, staff and comfort . It was in the center of every town and the zoo we wanted to visit. Very clean, comfortable, great breakfast.Fabiola was Awesome! Always happy and commutative and very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and where to eat great food in the area.

The hotel room is clean and smells gorgeous, the breakfast is good. There’s a supermarket nearby. Service is great

Proximity to nothing, one pizzeria within 500m. Must go to Peschiera del Garda which is 25€ by taxi.WiFi must be better (faster).

Very professional and friendly staff. They were very understanding and willing to help when we needed assistance.The breakfast was tasty and varied enough. The restaurant menu was also very good.The room was clean and well maintained.There was a small play area for children at the reception which we appreciated.The position of the hotel is very good if you travel by car; Gardaland is only a few minutes away. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy.

There was a humming AC unit (?) outside of the hotel, close to our room, which was quite noisy.There was no towel hanger close to the shower.

Good location, close enough to the autostrada to make our journey convenient. Pleasant environment, friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast.

The kids play corner in the lobby was an excellent idea. Kids can play board games and draw and their time passes with happiness and productivity.The automatic sales machine has many snacks and drinks with excellent prices.The breakfast buffet has a lot of things to select and taste.The room and the bathroom were so carefully cleaned that we didn't have to do anything.

Location is great, Gardaland 5 min away. Everything was great, just air conditioning was very loud and the room was hot despite of this air condition. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice.

Great location only 8 minute drive away from Gardaland and lake Garda.Very friendly staff at the reception and in a bar.We gor free snacks with our drinks in a bar in the evening.24h reception.A wide range of food for breakfast, delicious.a mini fridge in the room and a bottle of water free of charge.

The air conditioning was a bit loud, but you turn it off and there are no more problems - not really worth mentioning as a downside.

Very nice hotel, nice staff, clean room, amazing breakfast!!! You can order dinner as well, the restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. Service is perfect!

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering excellent dining recommendations and always ready to assist with any requests.The breakfast was impressive, offering various options with nothing missing. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again when we're in the area.

I had to check out early at 4:30 am and was impressed that the staff made a special breakfast for me. I was impressed they went out of the normal way to satisfy the client.

Very friendly stuff, enough parking, property is very reachable, very close to south Garda destinations. Room was very clean, out of the street, with AC and TV
