Pros +
- The room was beautiful, nice and clean
- The location the room
- Theme rooms, special for the kids. Close to Gardaland Park with free shuttle!
Cons -
- The fact that they do not accept cash, it was expensive for what you get, also the fact that you had to pay a fixed price for the breakfast and not just pay what you eat. The breakfast was not included in the room price
- There is no room service and after 10 it’s very hard to find anything to eat
- Didn’t know where to check in, there are lots of add ons we would have liked to know about before.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located and with a nice facilities. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely designed.
Considering the price of breakfast, the offering and the quality of the would could be slightly better.
The room was big and the staff were nice. They also helped us on several occasions move bags from the hotel to the carpark and also up to our room.
Overpriced and did not deliver. Ok it's a themepark hotel so I expected it to be overpriced but we paid 4-5star money for 2-3 star service and entertainment. Firstly, our air conditioning didnt work so we had to call out maintenance who werent able to solve the issue and so they brought us a fan. Secondly, ok the room was cool but once your kids (I am assuming you are staying here for your kids) get over the "wow our room looks like a fairytale" there is literally nothing else in the hotel for them to do and you have to go to the other hotels on property to have any sort of entertainment. Honestly take your money and book a four star hotel for the same price by the lake and get 4 star treatment and then just commute to Gardaland (which isnt even included in the price). We also had an issue where some people booked some beers to our room (i know who it was because when I was saying my room number at the poolside bar I could see them light up with excitement as they had overheard). We were refunded but it does make you wonder how often this slips past people.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast and dinner service, free shuttle to Gardaland. Nights were quiet althoug this is a family hotel with hundreds of children. We like to return year after year. Thank you

The design is really nice the kids loved it.
The breakfast was poor, even it's extra charge, the price on booking showed it includes taxes, but on the receipt showed they charged the full taxes without even explaining, not to mention the exaggerated prices. The cleaning is something else, really bad, that me and my wife had to clear the room ourselfs
Superb
TV-Netflix,youtube,Internet nedostupan!!
Room theme Opening the Mystery box … kids like it.
Outdoor kids playground is so disappointing No supermarket available, you have to go outside by cartaxi apps not working for this area
The staff was good
The parking is far from reception and you need to walk a long distance to the shuttle bus.
We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities the resort had on offer. The swimming pool was large (not sure why we had to wear head caps in the pool) and the cost of purchasing one poolside was a bit extreme. The resort had a really good restaurant and meals were of generous portions. The themed rooms were a hit with the kids and were clean and in good condition. The car park was large, safe and easily accessible.
We had some issues booking tickets online for the Gardaland theme park, given we were staying at the official resort I would have thought the resort reception/ office would have been able to assist in selling us tickets. This was not the case and staff didn’t show much empathy when I explained our issues in not being able to access our Australian mobile number (we only had WhatsApp). I eventually bought tickets for the theme park online but feel the resort should offer this service for guests who are computer illiterate or are unable to access an overseas mobile service. Maybe the theme park could enable consumers to purchase and access theme park tickets via WhatsApp or allow confirmation via email.
Rooms were very clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet had a good selection (if maybe a little over-priced).Outdoor swimming pool was lovely. Really close to the theme parks by shuttle bus.
Buffet dinner was over-priced with a poor choice of options. There wasn't really a nice bar/lounge area for hanging out apart from the bedroom.
Disappointing
After one night spent in the room, our daughter had around 20 bites on her legs, all in groups of 3-4 bites, clustered or in straight or zig-zag line, this is typical for bed bugs bites. We reported it to the reception and the staff had no idea what to do. In times where bed bugs seem to be on the spread, a hotel chain of Gardaland hotels should be better prepared for a case like described. I doubt that they checked the room or did anything else about it. I have never heard from them afterwards.
The Gardaland Magic Hotel offered an enchanting experience that delighted our entire family, especially the children. The themed rooms were extraordinary, immersing us in a fantastical world with incredible attention to detail. The mystery riddle and special safe added an exciting interactive element, making our stay memorable and unique. Comfort wasn't sacrificed for style; the rooms were both magical and cozy. The breakfast was impressive, featuring a wide variety of options in generous portions, ensuring everyone in the family started their day satisfied.
The primary drawback of this magical experience was the hefty price tag attached to it. While the unique themed rooms and special features justified the cost for a short stay, it might be too expensive for families considering a longer visit. The high price point could limit the ability to fully enjoy the Gardaland experience over multiple days. Additionally, the novelty of the themed rooms might wear off after a couple of nights, potentially diminishing the value for extended stays.
Every thing besides below ? was perfect
1. The counter at magic hotel had one person at the time of check out, this was in both days we stayed at the hotel, which meant that we had to stay longer to answer our questions and to check out, they could do better with more staff.2. The variety for the breakfast buffet were limited
Location is easy to reach out Gardaland
Breakfast seems never included and also even you are getting a express QR code reception is asking to get from them… and once you explain like they are first time hear the express check in even the machines are there. Reception people sometimes talking and you are answering and they are diapering in a sec white someone else even you was busst whit them. They have to focus one customer and not leaving the client whiteout informing .
The hotel is nice, and the children liked it. It feels like it's straight out of a fairy tale.
The staff at the pool were aggressive. I understand that they have rules against jumping into the pool, but they approached us with an aggressive attitude and warned that if the children jumped again, we would have to leave. It was quite stressful for the children, especially since we have stayed in similar places before and never encountered such behavior.
Room was very nice and clean, my daughter was so happy to stay here, nice surroundings and pool. And do not forget to check the safe, now my child want to do that in every hotel, nice surprise.Free Shuttle to Gardaland.
Sunbeds near pool dirty and in bad condition, towels at pool chargable, food was very expensive.I do not understand why are they asking to have Swimming cups in pool, first time
Hotel had very good matresses.
We payed for a room in Magic Hotel. When making the reservations, we forgot an adult. We were 3 adults and 2 children-4 and 7. When we got there, we were told that we cannot stay in the room we payed, even if we pay a suplement, but we had to move to another hotel with a room in the exact size as the one we payed. The new hotel was not as nice-Adventure Hotel.Amenities kind of poor for the price
As the bame says magical experience for the kid (and for the parents by the way)Clean room and amazing place like in a fairy tale.We will return every year for the next few for sure untill out child wants it
When you try booking the advertised Tuntankamon restaurant with a program (so your kid can enjoy it) they give you 2 options 7 and 9.30 but noone tells you the the advertised amusement program is only at 7 (however the service and food there were very good so i recommend the restaurant itself)
