- The fall in out shower in our shower was wrong direction. The drain was at the high end so the shower flooded within a minute of running the water.The hotel knew about the problem, they were only 50% full yet they put us in the room. We were offered an upgrade on a future stay but no other recompense.
- In the room the electrical switch to switch ON/Off the lights need to be checked.

Chef Anil and Tshewang Dorji and the other staff were hospitable and the service was very good

Staff was very polite and cooperative
River side access is a joke. Our comparison point was Terma Linca Resort in Thimphu, and Le Meridian was an absolute disappointment. Not even a chair to sit by the river side, on top of a guard stopping us from going there. Room windows can't even be opened fully to enjoy the river view unfiltered.
This is a quaint, beautiful hotel by the Paro river. Ours was pleasant experience. The staff is attentive and helpful
