Mattress is weak, Jacuzzi do not work, because of noise!!! Parking need paving. Service, you have to call for.

The pool are was very nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The carpet was stained and dirty. Kitchen utensils were very limited. Many items in the room ( fireplace etc) weren¿t working. The hotel was purchased 2 years ago and in very poor condition so it will take time to bring to standards.
Chosen for location
Facility was tired, room was not in good repair with broken blinds that provided no privacy. Bed askew.

Highway noise can be annoying as it is so close to the highway.There is a lot of driving involved to see the near by attractions.
enjoyed having the kitchen, well stocked. Everything was clean and parking was very convenient. unique access, very quiet resort and quiet suite
could have had more bath towels, found we were running out of dry towels. also kitchen could have been better organized, make 1 can of soup in the largest pot cause we didn't know there were smaller ones lol
