Location

Left thick soap in room glass, drank it & mouth full of soap. They lost my car through the valet. Helped them find car but they couldn’t locate keys. Large sections of hotel common areas shut off for a wedding. Ruined use of beautiful grounds for guests.

Les 3 piscines, les 2 saunas, les 2 bains tourbillons, le bain Romain. Les bicyclettes, le terrain de tennis. L'emplacement, le personnel, et la chambre.

great location, very clean, majority of the staff very welcoming

breakfast you had no choice only buffet no a la carte menu. at the check out we spend too much time because the employee was lacking experience but it was done in a very civilized way.

Parking situation is horrible - They claim to have free parking but you have to use Valet or good luck finding a space.

Lights were not fonctionning in the room. Chrome cast was not fonctionning on the TV. I never had the « kit » kit for my dog that they were supposed to bring me. Some articles in the room were not clean (towels and dressing gowns).

I feel like we were back in the past...its like a castle!! The view, the site everything is so nice!!

The bed was very old with hole in the middle. We didn’t sleep well because of that

Food was really poor and disappointed that we paid for it.

Lovely hotel with all the amenities, a good thing because there is little else in the area.

The only free parking (included in the daily $25 resort fee) usually is up a steep hill (around 120 steps) because other lots filled with casino patrons. Alternative is $29/day valet parking. Food and drinks VERY expensive and not worth the price.

Service is amazing! Attention to detail. Inclusions are really awesome. Horse carriage rides, mini golf, pools, camp fires...You get a lot for your money ! They really take time to give an awesome experience to children.

The location This hotel is beautiful in general consideration, but not the room!

The mattress is so old that it became very uncomfortable. He has lost all firmness. We really had a bad night in this bed! The paint on the walls and the tapestry is really tired! Also, we have to pay for a single bottle of water ($ 2.50 each).

the wait staff at the restaurant was good but seemed under staffed had to constantly wait for service should be better for the price paid and quality of the food was equal to a buffet at half that price
