The hotel was well located, very clean, the rooms were large and the breakfast was nice.

The air conditioner was hard to regulate and there is no elevator for those with a room on the second floor.

Location, staff was very pleasant

The bathroom door was locked and unfortunately, I got there late. Once aware at 6 AM they were responsive, but I had to suggest that I needed to take a shower and brush my teeth for them to offer a different bathroom.

The automated check-in procedure is something to improve. The code, provided in the e-mail, did not work, so I had to call the manager, so someone could come by and let me in.

The bed was really too hard. Th� breakfast was so-so.

I found staff to be very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier! I love that the rooms were very clean and the corridors to also clean and smelled fresh! We will always make that hotel a place to stay in our travels

We had a wonderful stay and felt very well taken care of. The staff and manager were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was going well. The continental breakfast was nice, and tea and coffee were available until night. Overall, the service made us feel very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel is situated in a great area, the restaurants are close by, and the sea view is right in front of the hotel. The personnel were kind and the breakfast was not bad.

The cleanliness of cups, plates, and utensils at breakfast was below expectations. They appeared greasy and not properly washed. In addition, no disposable alternatives were provided.

Place and nature are beautiful, the room was clean

The breakfast was medium low, no omelet, no bacon or sausages, no cheese, only bread, butter, jams, Nutella, there was self-service waffle maker, and it was pretty everything

Excellent location, easy to access and close to main attractions. Very clean and comfy. The person at reception on arrival was very helpful and forthcoming to answer questions about vicinity details. The breakfast is above continental average, including an outdoor eating area.

Small details, such as the light in the washroom area would not turn off (it's automatic, does not have a switch). The sink is very large (good) but leaves no room for a countertop (not so good).

Never again!

If you see a room available on booking, it’s not actually available. They overbook their rooms for who over comes first, and after they are going to give you a double room or any left over room or a non clean room and ask you to wait. The first time my card had a problem processing so I called them directly and booked a single room, they gave me double and I explained that my employer isn’t going to approve it. The second time it was a late check in and the reception closes at 10 pm. They gave me again a double despite explaining that my room is a simple queen. The attitude of the receptionist is an other level.
