Very clean, good ac, good access to tv features, coffee machine, friendly staff, microwave in the room

Wifi could be a little spotty at the time of my stay, but they had recently changed management at the time of my stay and you could see they were improving quickly. Room was brand new with nice quality appliances and very clean.

Very fast & stable wifi connection, friendly front desk lady, spacious room w/2 comfortable double beds, good A/C, small mini-fridge had freezer compartment.

No microwave/bath mat/breakfast/coffee maker in room/desk/ironing board; thin towels; hairs in bathroom & sink, dusty corners, stained bedspreads. Dated motel; easily heard footsteps/voices of guests above; bumped head on lights over headboard center.

Had a price of --- plus taxes per night and paid ---- cn for 2 night. Wrong advertising. Paid about ---- over the réal price.

Price was good during the week.

Great location, everything is new and clean. Very good option for road trip.

Very Clean and spacious.

We couldn’t use their Smart TV nor their wifi plan. The location: on the highway, not easy to drive in.

The staff was super responsive and the location is great for getting to Hautes-Gorge! The price is very competitive for the area too!

There was a leak in the sink, and the toilet would continuously flush unless you pushed the level back up. As a result we had to pour water in the toilet a couple times to get it to flush.

Unfortunately, nothing in this property was outstanding.

There were noises during nighttime in the room. The noise of water pipes was annoying when other room guests used toilet/bath. I was on the first floor and could hear the noise of the steps during nighttime when people walked in their rooms.The office staff were not friendly either and they had difficulty to answer my questions because they couldn’t speak English.

Our stay at Hotel 2020 started off on a very positive note. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were polite and helpful, and the room we were first given was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant modern feel. The location is great for exploring La Malbaie and the surrounding Charlevoix region.Unfortunately, our last night left us with a disappointing impression. Around midnight, the smoke detector in our room started ringing because the battery had died. We had to call the front desk and were moved to another room. While we appreciated the staff’s quick response, the new room was clearly not up to the same standard.The second room had not been properly cleaned—there was visible dirt on the floor, the bathroom wasn’t sanitary, and the sink was leaking, creating a constant dripping noise throughout the night. It felt like the room hadn’t been maintained or even mopped in quite some time. On top of that, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the remote for the Fire TV didn’t work, which was frustrating.It’s unfortunate that the last night overshadowed an otherwise pleasant experience. With better maintenance and quality control, Hotel 2020 could be an excellent place to stay. I hope this was just an isolated incident, and I would still consider giving it another try in the future—hopefully with more consistent standards across all rooms.

one of the bed cracked all night. The light did not work were the zink. Couldn't get the TV to work. Would need instruction sheet for TV. Not enough lights in the room, very dark.

The location is excellent, and the reception staff are outstanding. However, the room's lighting could be improved, and the bathroom lacked rods or hooks.

The hotel was clean, well laid out, staff very friendly and knowledgeable about where to go for breakfast. Right on the front of the water, ample parking, and close to restaurants.

Continental breakfast only.

I've stayed twice at this motel now and will most likely stay here again in the future. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated.

Minor detail, but some towel racks in the rooms would be nice.

The staff are very friendly and will do almost everything to get you the best comfort in the motel. So don't be afraid to ask them if something is wrong or not as expected. Most of the room are completely renoved, beds are very comfy.

We rent a room with a hot tube, unfortunately when we open the water to fill up the tube, we had a very bad experience :-( The water was yellow... but the good thing is that the staff changed our room without any questions even if the other room was more expensive. I will not hesitate to rent it again
