Every thing about this hotel was better than stated in the material. Desk staff did notknow English very well but they did their best to use hand signs with me to be mosthelpful.

Excellent customer service, with neat and clean rooms and washrooms. The location was great for relaxing, surrounded by trees and a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was included and was good.

Walking distance to everything and short drive to Jardins de Quatre ventsNice to have breakfast included.

Very friendly staff, both at the front desk and in the breakfast room. Walking distance to restaurants. Nice little balcony. Free breakfast in a spacious, sunny room.

Hard to complain about a free breakfast, but it could have been better, for example some better fresh fruit.

Friendly management and excellent location. They recommended the Cafe de la Gare for dinner--an excellent choice.

We couldn't open the window on our ground floor room.

Pool was awesome. Great way to re-energize.Breakfast was convenient and plenty of food.

Breakfast menu could have been varied a little bit. Our 5 breakfasts offered same food everyday. I am a bread addict and would have loved some great bread like bagettes.

Very charming. Birds chirping, peaceful and quiet in the morning. So relaxing. Beautiful pool and chairs to chill in the afternoon.

Cafeteria staff was lovely :) I was able to eat a decent breakfast however the options could be a little better. The fruit salad could be fresh and not out of a can - or even just fresh strawberries or pineapples - bananas were available at all time.

Breakfast selections were below average but the kitchen staff did their best with what they had. Plenty of coffee

Only one warm selection, a pot of canned beans, was available only if you got there early. They did not replenish it when it was gone. The rest of the breakfast were subpar and sparse.

Good location. Helpful staff. Booking.com should know that some rooms are not equipped with a new air conditioning unit.The old ones are very noisy and mean you don't sleep. Staff moved us to a refurbished room for the second night.

The staff were most welcoming. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is great - walking paths along the St. Lawrence is very close.

there are stairs between the bathroom and the room. dangerous in the middle of the night if you need to use the bathroom.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Near popular tourist area.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. They were extremely polite and kind. They went over and above the call of duty. The hotel itself was beautifully appointed with immaculate grounds.

The lack of view…Charlevoix is so picturesque, and I had no view from my bedroom balcony, or elsewhere.The bedroom could have more furniture, like a table next to the chairs, could also have more outlets for the electronics

We arrived at 7pm and the pool was already closed so didn't have the chance to use it. Some vegetables at breakfast wood be good.

The office staff was exceptionally helpful. He helped us make golf reservations and boat reservations for the fjord. Extremely kind. Enjoyed the clean pool; the pool attendant was also kind and welcoming.

Buzzing 24/7 from the electrical box outside the window, the hallway lights, and next doors extractor fans/lights. A lot of noise in the corridors. Simply could not relax or sleep in the room even with earplugs in. Essentially the main thing you pay a hotel for.
