B&B HOTEL Douai Parc Des Expos Cuincy

Ease of check-in, room and location

A little more variety in the vending machine

Beautiful everything was more than we expected. Recommend, very good price, clean, worm, friendly stuff, on site parking, amazing.Thank you very much, we will stay again.

Last minute stop over, on a longer trip. It's a basic place with no frills. No real complaints (you get what you pay for). Super basic, but did the job. We didn't get mugged or covered in bed bugs, so that's all you can really hope for in a place like this!

Nothing really to say, it's a no frills, unattended self service place. I wouldn't book it for anything other than emergency last minute (literally picked the closest, cheap hotel), but it did the job.

Clean room, breakfast

A bit awkward setup with mezzanine upstairs.

Simple but great value for monkey and free parking

Didn't feel like the nicest of areas

You know what you’re getting with B&B - basic but clean, good value stay - exactly what we wanted. Fantastic family room, kids absolutely loved the mezzanine, and v comfortable beds. Large, secure parking, and we found the access(outside reception opening) fairly self explanatory (just select English language on the machine if you don’t speak French!). Basic breakfast was hot & fresh, lovely pastries. Recommend pizza Moluss (at the intermarche) for really excellent great value pizza.

Could have more signage to find the entrance, it is a small sign under much larger ones for the neighboring hotels. And maybe explain in advance that your room access code does everything (car park barrier, main hotel door).

Horrible

Room smells or cigarettes. Staff was rude. I paid for breakfast but they still charged again. Never again

Basic room but was comfortable. Parking good.

Reception quite curt.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Absolutely excellent price for a basic B&B hotel. Just what we needed for what we wanted - out all day and just somewhere to sleep. Easy to gain access at any time to hotel and room using entry code.

Air conditioning not working! Staff unhelpful and unconcerned. Air-con is one of main requirmenets when choosing our hotel! Coffee machine in foyer took our money, but didn't produce drinks! No staff on duty so could not complain. Would highly recommend simple basic coffee/tea making facilities in room.

The check in at the front of the hotel.

The air conditioning was not working in the heatwave!

We had good experience with B&B in the past. This one is not part of it.

Air con did not work - at the time of booking and at the time of check-in. Nobody bothered to say something. It was the hottest day is the year and we basically did not sleep all night. I killed two bugs (cockroaches) in my room and bathroom. We also found an underwear in our room that was not ours, hence worried about the cleanliness of the place. Staff could not be bothered about service. I actually want my money back.

Bacon at breakfast! Ok for an overnight stop.

We found the receptionist on arrival quite curt, verging on rude, he tried to tell me we didn’t have a reservation, even though they’d emailed me that morning with checking in info! When we came back after dinner the front door was locked with no instructions how to get in. We ended up following another guest in. The marketing team did a fantastic job on the photos of the quadruple room as it wasn’t as we expected. The air con system was broken on one of the hottest days as well.

For my professional purpose the location was very good.

There was no air-conditioning in my room and it was very warm.

It is cheap

The machine at the entrance for after hours was not working. i had to wait 30 min for someone to come. Once I got in, the room I was assigned was not done. I had to change. Al in all, it took 1 hour in the cold to get in the room.

Clean, bright and reasonably quiet. Large room

The room was clean

No kettle. No sink plug. Small room. Wall light switched arcing so didn't feel safe. Noise from below door(gap) and other bathrooms.

Secure parking

Noisy1st room - toilet not flushing so requested a different room2nd room - Horrific smell of sewage in roomBreakfast - not much choice left at 09:00 & hot plate turned off with cold food on it.

Staff, hotel and facilities we're very good. Our pipe band had a lovely stay whilst attending Brebieres for a twinning town weekend.
