    Pros +

    • Bed very comfortable , breakfast good except automatic cappuccino maker and automatic egg cooker were a big confusing to use .
    • Beautiful surroundings.Lovely restaurant serving delicious food and beverages.Friendly helpful staff.Clean.
    • It is convenient for a visit to/departure from Toulouse. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were charming and helpful.

    Cons -

    • More help in the dining room for us machine challenged old folks
    • Hotel was a good distance out of Toulouse, taxi often needed. Good metro service but bus service from metro to hotel finished about 8pm. Expected to be staying in chateau, but our room was in a modern building nearby. It was lovely but not quiet as we expected.
    • We had the window open and we heard some planes - but we slept well.

Lovely property, well cared for, authentic. Large room, very clean, and functional. Good bathroom lighting. Good breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer

Nice and helpful staff, decent room and the food in the restaurant very good.

Maybe it’s a French thing, but no hand washing facilities in the toilet which is separate from the shower. The food is good, but a choice of 2 dishes on each course, so not great for youngish kids who have the option of a single dish and dessert.

Clean and comfortable room, very pleasant staff and delicious meal. To be recommended!

    8JoPosted on: 8-3-2024

Fabulous pool area and gardens and very well decorated and laid out bedroom and bathroom. Dinner was first class. All round a lovely stop over on our journey south

The place is magnificent, both the hotel and the surrounding gardens.Excellent breakfast

The bed was not that comfortable and the air conditioning makes a lot of noise

Wonderful parkland setting and a very good room indeed. Loved the placement of local art. Staff helpful and polite. Breakfast good enough. Solid 4-star hotel with excellent manager.

Route guidance (Google and Apple) took us to a rear, closed entrance used for rubbish collection. We quickly realised the route guidance error and another two ‘manual’ minutes and around the corner a rather grander entrance to the main property.

The room was clean. The staff were pleasant and welcoming.

The room is too austere. I appreciate that they want to be eco friendly, but the room was cold. The breakfast was poor value. The food tasted as if it had been cooked the night before, and there was not enough to go round - even with only five diners.

Clean and wide room and really kind staff, so hasn’t to stay here if none need to go city.

Booked a concert that was cancelled but still stayed at the hotel. We enjoyed the stay and carried on to Carcasonne

Most of the rooms are in an adjacent modern block and are a little like a travel lodge. Great breakfast.

No restaurant when we arrived on Sunday but nobody thought to tell us. No comfortable bar and really I think this a conference hotel. The whole place felt dead and massively overpriced. We could have stayed in a budget hotel down the road and got a better experience.

great selection for breakfast including gluten free options.

we were only there for one night. we arrived late and left at 10.00, it was raining so we didnt experience all there was to offer at this location. We found it a difficult location to find.

When discovered the site was amazing however there was a wedding party taking over the entirety So no meals available The industry of the weekend receptionist secured us not only the transport to but also a table at a fantastic “ beef “ restaurant An excellent meal and experience Grounds were resplendent with cyclamen Not half bad at all

    9NadjaPosted on: 9-11-2023

Very friendly staff, great location. We had breakfast outside which was very nice.

The room had a mouldy smell to it.

    8AnabelPosted on: 9-11-2023

It had a large park-like garden which was lovely to walk our dog in. We stayed in a lovely large room in the main house and it was nice to be able to sit out on the terrace to have dinner. The staff were polite and friendly.

The atmosphere was rather miserable and it was down to the clientele rather than the staff. Dinner on the terrace was nice, but we didn’t feel that the food was particularly good and it was slightly arrogant to have such a small choice (a small menu is often a good sign but this was too limited).

    8RebeccaPosted on: 9-9-2023

Food was great, rooms were nice size, clean, comfy

The estate was small and sparse inside - bland. Staff was nervous

    10BridgetPosted on: 9-9-2023

    Spotlessly clean, fresh, spacious bathrooms
