Ibis Styles Toulouse Labege

Location, stuff, bed was very comfortable

No shower basin & curtain- so water was everywhere after the shower, stains on the door

Good

The room with patio view means no window outside, as the patio is a completely internal hall

It was a stop over but very warm welcome food was excellent

Everything

Facilities were good and comfortable room

Cleaning not done daily due to lack of staff

Hotel was clean and reception staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Restaurant wasn’t open on the evening we stayed, which was a Saturday, but I believe this hotel is used more as a business stopover.Breakfast next morning was excellent

Perfect for an easy stop between locations. Easy to access and very comfortable

Built up environment, but not a problem when transitioning

Nice hotel and good breakfast, great swimming pool really appreciated while so hot weather! Well located near shopping mall and transportation. Nice stay. Free parking secured.

Everything was good.

staff were lovely, nice breakfast and quiet location

location was a long way from the city but easily accessible by bus and metro or taxi

Location was good to stay overnight when travelling. free parking in front of the hotel.

Smelly carpets and room.

Breakfast was a great continental breakfast with lots of choice and plenty of food and drinks. It was convenient to the motorway and set on a trading estate with many food outlets

I didn't have a view of the patio as advertised and there was a lot of traffic noise when window open. The room was small and the bathroom was extremely small. I was really disappointed that there weren't any refreshments in the room. It is such an expected facility that I didn't check. No drinks at all, not even bottled water. I went to reception to ask and was offered free bottle of water, but no tea or coffee unless I paid. We had a double room with only 2 pillows as standard. There was one extra pillow in the one small wardrobe which meant that only one of us had the comfort of 2 pillows. There was hardly enough room to get around and we had 2 sets of luggage that was difficult to store and have room to walk around. At a cost of 100 euros, this didn't compare well and I wouldn't book again.

Clean, good restaurant and breakfast

Rooms are a bit small

Breakfast

Evening meal was cold not a lot of choice

The staff was always eager to help qnd pleasant to interact with. The bed was comfortable. The spacious parking lot is also appreciated.

The smells were strange in the hotel, both the corridor and the room: felt like they are trying to cover up something left after a bachelor party. The selection at the breakfast büfé was a bit poor.

staff was very nice
