I loved all the activities and having the filtered water stations

Having to wear a mask just to walk into any of the restaurants

The place is very clean, the restaurant and room people were excellent. The property is new and well-kept.

Reception people were rude and very slow, it took us more than 1 hour to check in. They scanned our passports twice looking for details on them, overall very unprofessional. Valet people not helpful and rude.

Size and beach location

It needs mayor maintenance and updating. Some dusting on the front lobby

The staff is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised how good and varied the breakfast was. Plus, the kids' club is super fun – def recommend if you're traveling with kids.

we had only one option for lunch. You get bored for 4 days.

The rooms smelled very bad, had to request multiple times for different sheets. Bathroom smelled like sewer and preferred to use the public bathrooms than our own bathroom because it was so bad.

The pool needs remodeling . Towels need to be replaced .The elevators were not working at the pool and the others need mauntenance no fan

There is almost nothing to complain about this place. Everything is better than expected. All staff is super warm and friendly, like they legitimately care for you.Facilities are great. Food is great, drinks are great. All.

Only 2 things, the gym is a little small, sometimes it gets crowded in the morning and the fact SPA is not included in the All inclusive plan.

We noticed the property/ rooms needed some TLC. Bathroom fan not working/ plug in bathtub not working. Cupboard where the safety box was would not stay closed. Twice we went to the steak house restaurant for short ribs and they didn’t have any. Should take reservations for that restaurant

The beach area was nice, great sunset view. The restaurants and food quality was very good and there were nice entertainment activities. The pool area and the bars are quite nice.Overall the personnel is very friendly. The entertainment staff was always full of energy and making sure everyone is having a great time. Top service from the waiters and bartenders.

There is room for improvement… the rooms need renovation. When we arrived they were a bit dusty and the safe and TV were not working but we got quick support and they got fixed and changed straight away. The concierge service (at least if you are not premium member) is not great… we had an unfortunate health situation and needed some medicine sometime around 20:00 and we got the reply: “Unfortunately Pharmacies are not delivering at this time, but you can take an uber to the next town and get it yourself”. I was expecting a bit more support.From the spa facilities the Hydromassage circuit was only partially working.They are a bit pushy when it comes to selling you their premium membership upon arrival. Keep that in mind. The specialty restaurants are in theory “first come first served”, but we waited more than one hour for one, which is ridiculous, it should be possible to book even if it is on the same day.

Great facilities with amazing views. Food is mostly good. Internet runs fast. Beds were comfortable. Most of the staff treats you well.

When we arrive, bell boys promise to bring our baggage to our rooms but that never happen. We had to do it on our own.At the beach, the guy in charge of the umbrellas ignore us. We had to take an umbrella on our own.We had an incident in the disco with a drunk guy (a guest) doing pervert things like taking off his clothes and even touching some women in there. There was nobody taking control of the situation. It could be better if they have a way to manage such things.

The swimming pools are cold. More activities are needed particularly for late teens/young adults.

They didn’t do some of the scheduled activities

Insects and crabs crawling everywhere; kids club never maintained the promised schedule of activities and could close early with a short notice

In general, the property was in good shape. Restaurants were nice and the main lobby looks lovely. Staff was very kind and nice.

The elevator to the beach was out of order all the week, making it harder for our fathers to enjoy the beach. Very few places with shadow in the pool, we will enjoy a lot more it if some type of cover was available, like a canopy or similar.We felt that the hotel was understaffed: service at restaurants was slow, room service was done at 16.00 hrs or even later. I complained several times about this, but it was useless. One time our children were so tired that they felt sleep in the lobby bar because at 17.00 hrs our rooms were not cleaned.

Great hotel in an excellent location for family vacations. This was our second visit, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The food selection is fantastic, the entertainment team did a wonderful job, and the staff overall made great efforts to ensure our comfort. I’d like to recognize the outstanding work of Jesus, who was the most attentive waiter during our stay.

Construction work next to the hotel caused some noise and dust. The waiters in the restaurant are sometimes overloaded, making it difficult to get their attention.

It was next to construction site. This was never disclosed and no option of upgrading which I would have been willing to pay for. There was couple of issues with the room. Lots of inconvenience .Wouldn’t recommend this place.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly. This a great hotel I highly recommend it for families. My 7 year old and 3 year old loved it.The kids club is full of amazing activities, my daughter was there from the time they opened until they closed.

What I didn’t like is that the hotel promotes having restaurants to make reservations but they only allowed a very small number of people to make reservations. Both restaurants we went to we’re almost empty and why you try making a reservations it tells you they they are completely booked.

Love it there. Second visit, still amazes us.
