- The staff was wonderful!! Lara at check in was so helpful with our bags and parking and what to expect…lake Garda was a last minute decision for us…and it was a good one!!The restaurant was right on the water, the food was terrific..the beach was steps from the hotel…chairs included and lots of access to toys. John Luca, one of the family owners, very handsome, set us up with a private sunset cruise - that part of the Lake is stunning and calm..The breakfast buffet was on point, sweet Maria served up delicious coffees and special eggs and bacon for my husband..I had way to many of the sweetiesWe added an extra night and upgraded too.. the view from our suite was amazing!!!
- Although everyone’s experience is personal, this hotel had absolutely everything I was looking for. It’s a boutique, stylish, four-star hotel — quiet, high-quality, and simply perfect in every way. One of the most important features (which we only fully appreciated after exploring the area) is that you don’t have to drive through the tunnels along Lake Garda to reach the hotel.Everything was excellent: the food, the room quality, the beautiful garden, and the breathtaking view. It’s a wonderful family-run hotel. After dinner, while I was walking with my parents through the lounge, the owner came over and warmly shared old photographs and stories with us, which was a very touching and friendly gesture. We were extremely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!P.S. The two little Raffaellos placed on our beds at night were proof of their attention to the smallest details — they truly stole my heart with this gesture.
- Amazing experience ! The staff, the room, the view, the restaurant food.. it completely exceeded my expectations. An attention to detail I have never seen before. Everything was perfect and clean. The view is unbeatable. I can’t wait to come back.
Cons -
- Had to drive for the good shopping
- The rooms are not soundproofed. We could hear the people in the next room quite a lot.
- The AC could have been more efficient, however we were in the Terra Suite which had vaulted ceilings and would have been difficult to keep cool at the best of times.

The location was very special in front of the lake.. The restaurant of the hotel was excellent , highly recommended!! We were staying only for one night but will definitely come back on summer time .
Stunning location, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, excellent restaurant
The rooms are not soundproofed. We could hear the people in the next room quite a lot.
Great service, beautiful garden and interior. Breakfast was amazing. Many parking lots.
The owners/staff went over the top to help provide anything and everything to create a wonderful atmosphere. Relaxing, fantastic food, we can't say enough about the pleasant stay. We will be back! We wanted to take Luna home with us.
The AC could have been more efficient, however we were in the Terra Suite which had vaulted ceilings and would have been difficult to keep cool at the best of times.
Hotel is directly located at the lake side, restaurant on the pier with nice view over the lake, more than beautiful, excellent breakfast with personal service at the table. We will come back!
Location, incredibly friendly and supportive staff, quality of facilities, decoration details, quality of foods at breakfast and in the restaurant. one of the most charming places on Lake Garda

Beautiful lake-side location with nice gardens and with restaurant overlooking and projecting out onto the lake.Great, friendly and polite team of staff with Greta in the restaurant particularly outstanding.Beautiful view from our balcony.Good breakfast.
Restaurant food was variable but no significant complaints. We were unlucky with the weather but I think we would have enjoyed spending time in the garden, the pool and out on the lake if we'd had more sunshine and more time.
I loved the location near garda, the price is reasonable for a luxury hotel like this. The breakfast area was beautiful and relaxing. I loved the lobby decor, and the employees welcomed us and helped us with the bags.
Rooms were a bit tight.
Wonderful location, staff and absolutely fantastic food. The view of the sun rising over Lake Garda from our balcony was stunning.
Lovely interior, beautiful garden and restaurant.
Spectacular location, beautiful building, gardens and pool
We occasionally had trouble with the hot water, early morning and evening on a couple of occasions
Perfect location, nice restaurant by the lake, spacious room with lake view
The hotel, the view and the location was perfect. The staff very kind and a little mention for the cocktails of the bar !
The wall insulation was not very good so we heard the neighbors in the next room.
Breakfast was exception. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Views were stunning.
great location on lake garda but a little off the beaten track
