Beautiful location and very friendly atmosphere. The team are great, and very proactive. Lovely spa to relax in and get ready for the day.

It would have been good to know the restaurant was shut for anything other than breakfast. To be fair pretty much everything around Lake Garda was closed too.

The pool was fantastic, as was the breakfast. Location so convenient for our first night en route to our campsite.

Having messaged via the booking.com.app, the hotel seemed surprised when we turned up with three children (for the family room). Rang up and charged us an extra £40 for the three year old, despite not providing a bed for her or even an extra towel!

The room was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. To the staff at Hotel Resort Villa Luisa, take a bow! A job well done. We will be back.

The hotel and staff were exceptional, especially like to thank Massimilliano, Mauritizio, Filippo, Lara snd the rest of the staff who could not do enough to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. The owners of the hotel should be proud of such a brilliant team at their hotel. We will be back next year!

+ Nice pool area with kiosk (although quite pricy)+ generally everything clean+ choice at breakfast was okay, some pancakes or fried/scrambled eggs would have been desirable

    - use of plastic everywhere: breakfast (cereals in separate packaging), bed sheets (each one in single bags), single-use plastic cups and straws in the lobby and at the pool area- charging 20 euros a night for our 2 year old that slept with us in our bed (no baby bed ordered) and hardly ate anything at breakfast. In hotels we stayed at previously kids at this age were free of charge!

Very friendly staff with "can do" mentalityNice poolExcellent Breakfast

A fly screen at the balcony door would be great so you can sleep with open windows/doors.And: Fire alarms with constantly blinking lights are a stupid idea -- two blinking lights are doubly stupid. And then there's the night lamp that you cannot switch off. I like my room to be dark at night, so this idiotic installation stopped me from sleeping until I found a way to cover all the artificial light in the room. It doesn't have to be like that -- there are other solutions to comply with security regulations AND let people sleep in peace.

The staff, the location and the food were all first class.

Family of 4 in a room - 2 twin beds and a sofa bunk bed!

    8IgorPosted on: 5-23-2024

    Nice people working there!

The Spa close already at 7 o'clock and you have to pay extra for it. It should be included.

    9NassanninPosted on: 4-22-2024

It was a beautiful setting and very clean.

Only thing is it needed a kettle for tea and coffee in the room and maybe a iron in the room

Breakfast was very nice. We reached late and we were provided with dinner even though kitchen was closed , which was so good ... thank you for that

    Staff were excellent

Some of the property looked in need of repair - furniture outside bar, some broken tables and chairs - which should have been removed . Fountain into pool never worked. Jacuzzi area ? Not sure what was happening there - just a couple of quick maintenance fixes would make a fabulous hotel. But these fixes would not stop me fromBooking for year - lovely hotel

It was very clean and the staff was extremely nice, specially Mimo the waiter at the breakfast. He was welcoming us every day, super nice and friendly, already kneeling what we like and at the last day, since we left beforehand breakfast time he made sure a box with breakfast will wait for us at the reception.Mimo was definitely a big part of our good experience at the hotel.Thank you Mimo :)

The bed could be more comfortable and they didn’t have different pillows to accommodate each one needed

Good location for Garda not too crowded Modern room design Friendly staffFree water in fridge Health spar for massage reasonable price

Very caring waiters. We really enjoyed our breakfast, specially espresso ☕️

You expect the best if you call your place “resort & spa” and we were first amused, then disappointed and then really upset. The room booked for two was set for one (amusing), it took two visits and one phone call to get 2nd set of towels (disappointment, I had to get them myself from the reception). We came back from dinner and still we didn’t have blanket, again a visit to reception (really upset). Yes I heard a few times “sorry”, but still it was not what you expect in places like that.
