Counld not get an iron, fridge not big enough, we are disabled, long walk up to parking, more access to food during the day and night. Bathroom looks like it has a fan in it but no switch, very damp in there..

Very nice quiet beautiful gardens food is good

A STRONG 5 start recommendation. Beautiful grounds and exceptional service from Staff made this a very enjoyable stay. The Front Desk staff of Gaetano and Giuseppe provided us with great local recommendations and assisted us with taxi service. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was greeted with a smile from Staff. You will enjoy staying here!

It was perfect - we enjoyed our stay

It was a nice place overall. The room was comfortable and the staff was generally very helpful. While there were daily weddings, they didn't generate disturbing noises, at least not in the annex building. The property is very well kept and lovely, while breakfast was amazing.

The lady at the Line restaurant was very unprofessional

Nice location, the place and the courtyard is nice and very wedding appropiate. Also the pool is nice and the place is pretty quiet, if you are looking for this kind of vacation.

The breakfast is not the richest, the options are quite limited and consists mostly of pastries. One plus is that my wife is gluten intollerant and they provided gluten free bread. We had a room in the dependance which had some signs of high humidity (although there were 2 dehumidifiers in the room), there was some mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom.

There was nothing to dislike. Grounds, room and staff were exceptional. The restaurant for dinner was fabulous.

The hotel is wonderful, and the staff are very kind. We had a great time in Naples and really enjoyed the facilities.

The only criticism is the limited dining options the hotel offers. If the restaurant is fully booked, we had to go outside to find food.

The hotel grounds were amazing. It was a botanical garden around a beautiful updated hotel that looked like someones estate.

There was a wedding and I had to have them stop the music at midnight.

The setting was beautiful. The staff attentive. Restaurant excellent. It would be nice if there were more non-seafood options.

Beautiful setting. Quiet. Lovely rooms

We really enjoyed our stay — the hotel was peaceful, relaxing, clean, and surrounded by nature.

Everything was great except the food. Meal times were limited and there were no options between lunch (12–3 PM) and dinner (starting after 7:30 PM). It would be much better if more food options were available throughout the day.

The facilities and the campus. The privacy. Pool is the best!

Has trouble finding on Apple Maps but it was late at night.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff are excellent, and finally, the restaurant Line. We dined there twice, high end restaurant with excellent staff and top notch chef!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are fantastic. Couldn't have asked for more attentive people during our stay. The food is amazing and the rooms are very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Unbelievable hotel! If you ever visit the Naples area, then this is the hotel you need to stay at. Exceptional staff, clean rooms, superb breakfast and beautiful grounds. Big shout out to Giovanni who is quite possibly the best of the best!

The grounds are amazing

I would have liked to have some more choices for bread. Clearly it is not part of Campania’s tradition, but after 5 days of pastry, it would have been nice to go a bit lighter.

The property is beautiful and well maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We only stayed an overnight before flying out the next morning - but would return and would definitely have used as a base for Vesuvius and Pompei if we had a do-over.
