Breakfast was really good! They brought tea around in the evening, which seemed strange but was nice. They kept aromatzed water by the front desk, which was nice, too. In general, the staff was friendly.

There were no plugs by the bed, so to charge things, you had to place them in other places, and there were not many good options there, either.This next part is a pet peeve of mine because I am a swimmer, and I often pay extra for a hotel with a pool. Hotels take pictures of their pools that make them look larger than they really are. I swam in this one, but it was only two full strokes across the pool. Also, putting big planters next to the pool usually results in leaves and insects that fall into the pool. As for pool size/length, I would like to see it listed in all the hotel descriptions.

The room to which we were assigned didn't have water in the shower. The hotel moved us and gave us an upgraded room. We were very grateful .

Very confortable hotel for Rio Branco. it´s very well located and it has a very nice lobby.

The corridors of the rooms are very dark

Breakfast and location was both very good and high on my concept.

Staff was very rude, i tried to book extra nights one night before my checkout and was told that since i have done my reservation trough booking that wasnt possible, but i already stayed in other hotels and did the same thing without a problem, i think they treat the costumers very bad, especially after we spend so much money on the staying. I will never return to this hotel again, and i was told that this was the best one in town, so i expected the best service.

Internet was not stable in my floor. Rooms are small for families. For couples are great size. Swimming pool need some clean.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Host us with our dog Zizou. Very friendly. The room was excellent. Also the breakfast very good. Will easily recommend this hotel
