Please inform Tamarindo Sunshine of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. We will charge late check in fee of USD20 (cash only) from 20:00 to 22:00. Guests arriving after 22:30 will not be able to be accommodated due to no one being at the property to receive them. Please note that 13% taxes are not included in the rate. Please note that kids under 12 are not accepted at this property. Please note property parking lot is free to use, but is outside the property. Parking is available outside the property in the street. The establishment may charge 50% of the total amount of the pricae of the reservation or a maximum of USD 150 at any time after booking. The total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival. Renovation work is taking place from 06:00 to 17:00, except from December 20, 2024 through January 5, 2025. Some units may be affected by noise on the outside area. Please note that renovation work is taking place at the property, also there will be construction work nearby the property starting on the january 6, 2025 until further notice
