I have stayed at the Maayo several times. The staff is amazing. They also have a wonderful breakfast buffet.
The air conditioning in my room was either too cold or too hot.
Staff were very polite and good customer service. Hotel location is very convenient to the airport and to malls.

Everything is perfect, I will definitely come back.
The service was incredible. You couldn't find a nicer staff anywhere in the world.
Love the food, the staff, location to airport, hotel beautiful inside.
The sewer smell in front of the building, no air inside elevators.
Great for our last night in the Philippines (visiting from the US, visited multiple areas in cebu). More expensive option but was worth it to have a lot of comfort, great and helpful staff, good food, and easy access to airport for the next morning.
Food choices, staff was very accommodating
Carpet and sofa chair needs to be updated. Pool water was not clear..
The main dishes at the buffet were different each day. Great selection. Those who want smaller portions can order a la carte. The hotel is very clean. The staff members are very welcoming and friendly.
Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast.
WIFI is slow.
This property was perfect for our stay. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made traveling as a family much easier. The surroundings were quiet and relaxing, and the staff were kind and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to other families.
The only downside was that the room felt a bit dated, and noise from the hallway was noticeable at times. (For someone with a baby who easily wakes up) Aside from that, everything was comfortable and well maintained.
Excellent in every way and centrally located though not walking distance to most areas. 30 min by car to downtown and 15 to airport. Adjacent to Maayo Hospital. Some rooms have good views of the city. Great concierge and baggage handling. Great value. Great breakfast.
