Sempre Premier Inn Mactan Airport Hotel

Price was about what we wanted to pay

We did not like the neighborhood

Great bed and pillow, great food and great hotel staff and great location!

Carpet a bit dirty. Slight sewer gas smell in restroom.

The establishment was nice great location one of the best showers I've had in the Philippines. Great water pressure.

Highly recommended for travelers with lay-overs. Very convenient and close to the airport. The hotel offers free shuttle service which made transfers quick and stress-free. The room was comfortable, clean and perfect for resting before an early flight. Rates are reasonable for a short stay.

Bed was comfortable and room was good size for 2 people.Bathroom was nice.

Aircon didn't work well, making the room very warm.Your room key was required for A/C to run, so you couldn't leave and let it keep working to cool down.Staff went to check it upon check out, but I suspect it is more the efficiency of the unit (min-split) and not being able to run it when not present. It just couldn't keep up with the heat.

Staff and rooftop

The hot shower never really seemed to work properly during al my stays so far. It always goes from hot to cold.

I like the location to the mall, and to the airport.

I didn't like compact size of everything.

The staff processed my arrival quickly and the rooftop bar was nice. It’s very close to the airport.

The room was fairly small.

Great service ,communication, clean perfect for our stay.

The staff is always very pleasant, helpful and very nice to deal with. The free airport shuttle is great and the driver is excellent. The breakfast and the dinner is always decent and I never had a bad meal.

To contact the Hotel for airport pick up...Be aware to have a cellphone plan you can use after you arrive at the airport. Unfortunately at the pick up points (after domestic and also international flights) there is no WIFI signal available. The rooms with view to the water/mountain have not enough space to layout your luggage except directly on your bed. So if you need a little extra space to reorganize your luggage....pick a room with street view and trade some street sounds for extra space

Location, clean rooms, friendly staff , breakfast and restaurant great! Airport service very good easy access, good crew.

Rooms are small for the price

Near airport

Shower. Very little water

Room.was nice and comfortable except

the ac was not working properly i checked it and the filter was super dirty not allowing air flow. (Im a maintenance technician so I know a thing or two)

The complementary airport transport

The food is not good, one of the staff is not approachable

The rooms are surprisingly high-tech, featuring smart controls and seamless connectivity that make the stay effortlessly smooth. Its crucial proximity to the airport makes it the perfect stopover for early departures or late arrivals, allowing for minimal transit stress and maximum rest.Beyond the physical amenities, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Every interaction, from check-in to asking for local advice, was handled with genuine warmth and efficiency, contributing significantly to the overall positive atmosphere.

Amazing hotel staff very helpful loved the roof top Cafe mark and the girls at the Cafe very professional and helpful. The hotel 5 minutes walk to the imagration office.

Nothing great stay

Bed was comfortable clean

Shower drain .stunk in suite room all the time aircon leak bad breakfast no choices only continental

Very convenient to the airport and the staff works wonderful with the occupant. I really enjoyed the café that was an added surprise that I had not used before.

When I tried to call the front desk, my room phone didn’t work to ask for shuttle so I just alerted the waiter at the café and he made a call for me.

additional price but well worth it. Good selection.

Due to its location, taxi access is not so good. So we use Grab for taxi service.

Clean, nice staff

Small room
