Wifi was poor for TV in room Alot of buffering

convenience to mall and in house massage

Rude bad attitude of restaurant staff. EXTREMELY slow service in restaurant when not busy. Hotel gave a free drink voucher, But the bartender said only drink allowed is some lemonade. Can't drink sugar! No vegetarian options at buffet.

Very small rooms. Bathrooms like in Airplane

have a nice view in pool And its good to stay cause its just near in the mall and easy to buy some foods.

THe double room was comfortable with a nice view of the pool and the city. THe bathroom was nice, bathtub was nice too but the toilet was small . The breakfast was good but sometimes was very crowded there. THe mall makes is a nice location.

Associated with the hotel is their waterpark. They need more lifeguards at the pool and slides. The toilet was small . at night the pool party was very noisy. Even some small things, i will definately come back. check in takes a long time !!!

The pool is nice and the room with a kitchen was nice, but single room is very small. The SAFE was too small to lock up my laptop, only my I-pad could fit.there are too few lifeguards there to watch on the slide.Mall and night club are nice in the mall

Check-in took a LOOOONG TIME, over an hour because guests and receptionist were both struggling with English (Korean/Cebuano).We got upgraded the room after 2 days, but originally the room was small.some elevators were Out of order all day

I always stayed here whenever we visit Cebu, for its location. Now that the new SM Jmall is opened, it’s perfect.

For whatever reason, the wifi was either not working or was extremely slow during our stay this time.

Property was good, but it was advertised with a swimming pool and there was no swimming pool. It’s a bit deceiving because we booked it with understanding there was a swimming pool. apparently pool had been shut since Covid so it should’ve been updated on your site.

The food was good. They had a good buffet in the morning.

Very poor customer service when we are asking for water.The toilet seat cover is not steady and keeps banging on my back whenever i used it

breakfast and housekeeping were excellent. Likewise, guards were helpful.

Front desk staff was terrible, non-responsive

Breakfast was great.

There were no top sheets on the beds, only comforter, so had to sleep with the comforter, making it rather warm at night.Handle on the bathroom door lost a screw prior to our stay. Did not report it though.

Room are pretty tight on standard rooms.

They dont change sheets or pillowcases and they stink. Liquid cough medicine spilled on the bedsheet, which can easily come off with laundry and they charged us for it.

The is just right for what I expected yet I only have one pillow. How I wish, have two pillows for single traveler. Breakfast exceed my expectations, it is a good selections.

Cleanliness, kindly check on the curtains, table top, and bath tub. Make sure it is properly clean and without stain.
