Good location ,Good food?????

A bit noisy and the’res a small pluster crack in the elevator area hope they’ll have it fixed?

It's clean, the location is nice, the front desk are nice

The hotel is just on the side of the main road easy to find, they had a safe parking area if you have vehicle, a very nice hotel to stay if you visit cebu.

The room is very tidy and huge even for a couple. the comfort room is also clean.

not so well lighted. and the door key is not user friendly, I hardly opened the door, and it takes a minute for me to open. and then one time i ask someone to open it.

The place is quiet, so it's easy to get a good rest. It is so clean as well.

No bidet.

I booked our rooms more than a month and ask for same floors for all our rooms and hoping for a little early check in bcoz we are coming from a very long travel .we get to the hotel at 1 pm no rooms available and our 3 rooms end up to be in 3 different floors

For an overnight stay it was perfect. Room was quiet and staff friendly had parking so that's what I needed

I like how close it is to where I go to school so it makes it easily accessible. It’s really worth your buck due to how nice the rooms are, it’s pretty clean and spacious and the staff were great.

Only complaint is how the wifi would spike then it would disappear.

We've stayed at Leope many times and always it has been excellent. Staff are welcoming helpful and friendly. Room is spacious, well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Location is convenient for city and airport.

Comfortable and clean. Food in restaurant downstairs was fine. Staff were very helpful.

I thought it was within walking distance to the North bus terminal but apparently the terminal relocated.

Second year in a row. We stayed in this hotel for company parties.

The comfort room just lacks a bidet for comfortable pooing

it was disappointing.

Poor customer service on the staff or security. Priority should be the guest and not the staff. We were disappointed and anxious when the security guard ask us to transfer a parking space because an employee of their canteen is reserving the PWD parking space. PWD is for priority guest, priority guest consist of seniors, people with disabilities, pregnant and guest with a babies. We have a baby checking in with us, it was very hot outside and babies are prone to colds or flu especially if coming from outside then going to air-conditioned room. So we were happy that the PWD space is available so we parked but then after going out the security ask us to transfer because the parking space is reserved for the employee in the canteen. Can you believe that? They are prioritizing employee that guest. How disappointing, to think we have a baby with us. I hope the management will educate their staff on customer service because currently it’s disappointing. Guest should be your priority because you are on hotel business. The hotel should be hospitable on their guest.

The property was in a good location. Convenient to get to different parts of Cebu and comfortable enough to talk around to local business and SM J Mall.

The only negative I would say is that they don’t have laundry service.

The bed is comfortable. Location - ?

No bidet. Maybe need pest control service. During our stay we saw some insects in the floor also in parking.
