I did not like anything about this hotel except the price

Convenient location. 24 hours security. Staff and especially the security guards are polite and helpful.

Air conditioning in my unit died on my last day of stay. Room got too uncomfortable without the A/C.

Everything is clean and the room was cold.

TV was not functional and the remotes were very dirty. There were no toiletries provided. It was also very noisy outside of the room, we can hear everything from inside when there were people or staff talking directly outside of the room we stayed.

Pool is very small. Location is down a dark road. Loud shouting at night which went on for 20 minutes

Quiet and peaceful!

It wasn't dusty but it was not pleasant. I asked them to change the sheets upon arrival because there were stains and one of the pillows was obviously used and wasn't changed. Under one of the pillow was a roll of used tissue papers. Disgusting! Shower curtain was really dirty.

Clean facilities, frienly staff, swimming pool, parking area! Spacious!

Lack of accessible stores nearby, specially at night. When you go out the apartelle place looks unsafe

One of the rooms didn't smell good and instead of apologizing for that, we were blamed for the smell despite knowing we just arrived. We decided to stay in one of our friends' rooms. Anyway, I hope they can fix whatever that smell is.

It was nothing like it said and looked in the pictures shown and it was too far away from most amusement’s and locations like the seaside and nightlife had to ask for my room to be cleaned and bedding to be changed. It was over 10 days before I got the bedding changed and I had to ask for it to be done

It’s cleanliness was not always up to standards expected. Unfortunately okay if you wanted to get away from everything but no good if you wasted nightlife and other things…

The air from air conditioner really stinks. They need to clean it.

Fairly new building, lots of parking spaces. Refrigerator and water kettle.

Sheets were not changed when room was cleaned. Pool was super tiny. No guests allowed after 10pm.

The hotel is in a warehouse and workshop area, far from grocery stores and restaurants, There is no water bidet in the bathroom compared to other RedDoorz hotels, The Internet is very weak and the password must be re entered,Even though I paid 3 days’ rent in advance, the receptionist refused to give me the drinking water I was entitled to 2 bottles per day and did not respond to my message about it on Booking.com,During my 3-day stay, the room cleaner did not come at all .This indicates a lack of respect for customers' rights ?

The bed was comfy and it was clean ac was good

Shower was cold and the Wi-Fi was very slow and kept disconnecting. I requested a date change and they never got back to me. TV was broken and I asked for someone to fix it and they never came.

the room was dirty, the wifi not working, worst location with nothing around, dogs growling at you everywhere. 1000% wouldn't recommend, very expensive for what you get, piscine was so small i though it was a joke
