It was located on a very busy street, difficult to walk beside.

the staff were wonderful

stayed here many times, good location between airport and bus depot

not the best area as far as restaurants

good location between airport and bus to bantayan island, good price

water was a little funky

Location worked for me, between airport and bus depot to Bantayan,,

road was busy as doing repairs to water lines

in between airport and bus terminal , restaurant close by

had to pay for 2 rooms as there 3 of us, hard to get a taxi

A good solution for an overnight stay, located 10 minutes drive from north buss station and pretty affordable.

There were ants on the bed so we had to change room, at the other room the aircon wasn't so good.

Affordable, clean, and big aircon rooms.24/7 open. Elevator, guarded.Outside the entrance, there is a food and beverage store all available.Easy access, with bus stops, and habal habal just in front of the hotel, or just wave in a taxi.It's my 2nd time I have stayed here and I absolutely recommend it!!

Toilet has Bidet and rooms were clean. WiFi is really strong

No Telephone in rooms to reach the reception, you still need to go down. During check in, there was no welcome kit in the room and no hot shower

Nice but you get what you pay for , it is very clean , and the staff were always happy to help you.

Its a nice budget hotel to affordable price, big rooms, aircon, and clean.Friendly personel. There is no restaurant, but just outside the entrance there is a sari sari store, you can buy breakfast and all other thing avaliable to low price.. also beer. open 24/7. There are buss stop just in front of the hotel, or just wawe in a taxi or Habal habal easy. Guarded and safe. I had a good stay here for some days.

The area is spacious.

The water was sticky and smelly. The bed was very soft as if it was eating you and you can hear the people outside.

nothing. the picture from booking is very different from the actual location looks like accessible and many ammenties.

Dirty comfort room. the shower is very rusty and leaking from room. staff are not very accommodating.only guard is approachable.

Price

The water was really weird, it smelled funny as well. We couldn’t even wash up properly because it made our skins dry and the soaps won’t foam.

Good

There is no window in the room and it feels like you are in a basement! The price is also high, for this money you can rent an apartment in an IT park and even cheaper. Therefore, 3+ is an objective assessment

I reckon it was good value for money. Comfortable, relaxing, spacious. I don't expect much cable TV channels for the price but I thought it was a good deal. I'd read some negative comments before booking but I had a good experience.

I don't know if it was just a one off event or whether this happens more often but the water had a lot of a substance, possibly chlorine? There was even a sign near the bathroom sink warning not to drink the water. One reviewer commented about how bitter the water was. I don't know what that stuff was but if it was excessive chlorine you ought to know that too much chlorine in water is bad for people's skin and there are water filters, even shower filters available for it. I used to use them in Korea.
