The room was dirty. It’s very outdated. There’s no good channels on TV. That air conditioning didn’t work right

Insect riddled, no television, clean room leave 1 bath towel no bath mat. Very bad location. Nothing

Room spacious, very friendly staff, very good breakfast, airport shuttle. Location in a very busy part of town, close to shops and restaurants. Good value for the cost.

Bedding a little “tired”.

staff were accommodating, extra helpful, very friendly yet still professional.

hot / and cold water was not working in the showerjust one pillow for each guest( two would be better)there are roaches in the room

The hotel is nice and cozy. All the staffs were so helpful and professional.

Only one thing that i did'nt like is that the TV is not working..Maybe next time, just make it sure all the furnitures and devices are working inside the room.

Location was not good , Hotel and room swere dirty soecialy Bath room, AC was not working properly, breakfast was terrible just wasting my money

The room was bigger than most boutique hotels.The offer for unlimited bottled water is appreciated. The location is not so bad.

The room was not properly "aired" before our check in so it was very hot and the aircon's swing function was not working so it was hard to cool the room. They gave us a fan to help cool the room.Our toilet's flush was not that good...The food prices are a bit expensive given they're pretty basic. The cost of extra bed is also expensive. In Manila that price for extra bed would already include breakfast.

Large rooms and accommodations for great value

We booked the airport shuttle, gave our airline info but nobody ever showed. So we paid out of pocket for transportation.

Close to where my fam lives

They put me on the end of the room where the roof had water leaks outside my door and no wifi signal so i asked to change the room and it took time to decide for that.

Its near to gaisano mall and restaurants.

Breakfast for fish is one choice only

Convince in location

Staff very unwelcoming, cold and dry in interaction. Cleaniness concern in bathroom, no hot water only lukewarm warm, TV non-functional and AC on its last life.

The location was close to many restaurants.

The AC was not cooling, it was so hot. And i have a baby. So disappointed and the TV was an old model with no connection.

I love this place close to the mactan airport and geisano malls only walking distance, they have free shuttle service to the airport love it.. staff are nice bery helpful

Great place to stay for a layover or quick stay in cebu. Good price and you can get breakfast and a shuttle to the airport included.

Our aircon was a bit noisy but it wasn’t too bad.

I like the free transportation to airport. Location, with SM hypermarket across the street and Mall beside.

A lot. First the moldy smell of the room and the water. Visible molds in the restroom. Exhaust is not working so when you do your business, will definitely smell in the room. Pillow is only one for each guest, we are 2 pax so 2 small pillows only. The lights are dim, not really fan of this setup. No replies on my confirmation thru email and text, need to call for you to receive your confirmation and reservation for the airport transfer. No helping hands in our luggage, considering ours are 2 big backpacks which we hand carried. Food is not satisfactory as well. Anyway, I will not recommend this hotel.

The bed is comfortable

You can hear the loud motor noise from the street. I was not able to sleep properly.

The location is very convenient, situated right next to Shopping Center(s) and just across from TAMIA(Export Processing Zone).

The property is on a busy street, and because of the barricade along the lane, you need to walk a bit just to cross to the other side. The booking stated there would be a free one-way airport transfer, but this was not provided. I tried calling the number listed on the app, but it only kept ringing with no response. When we arrived, the receptionist who assisted us was impolite and showed no empathy when we explained our frustration about the airport transfer. On top of that, only one key card was issued, which was very inconvenient since we had to keep asking staff to open the room for us.
