Friendly staff/security. Aircon worked OK. No towel provided, no remote for tv, broken/dirty fixtures in room. Bed was comfortable.

No airport shuttle as listed, WiFi wasn¿t working in the room on arrival and told staff didn¿t have access to reset the router. They did however connect me to another businesses WiFi that I could use in the lobby as I had no local sim to contact family.

Even though the contract said no deposit was required they insisted on taking a deposit . It was only until I threatened to take my business elsewhere that they conceited and they didn't charge the deposit .

its close to Pueblo Verde, lots of decent places to eat and hangout. a decent bar.

beds are kinda close to the floor. no elevator, but its not a big deal.

Dirty Sheets(did not provide new, even after request)with multiple stains, small ant infestation, ‚Smart‘ TV did not work as a tv nor anything else, Heavy Metal Concert outside the window, price was 250 pesos more than it said on booking

The security guard was always willing to help and accommodating.

The front desk was rude, no wifi, tv not working, stain on bed sheet, dirty room. Only 1 key card provided and you have to use it to be able to work the aircon and lights in the room, and use it for elevator access-so if you need to go out its a hassle. I will not book ever again. Far from airport, super traffic.

Not clean, no connection tv, smelly pillow covers, the security deposit 1,000 per room, other 4-5 star hotels dont require security deposit.

The bathroom is stinky. The water in the shower is super slow. And I recommend if you’ll put television in the rooms.

It was dirty and very loud all night and early morning. They also asked for 1000 PhlP as an advance payment. Because we wanted fresh sheets, they wanted to charge us for it... Terrible

Not worth booking and. Ot worth every $ u pay. No lift at all. Staffs are all unhelpful and the whole building smells like rotten dead mice.

Lack of toiletries, there's no soap & shampoo in the dispenserThe reception looks disorganized. Documents are not well arranged. Other things that shouldn't be there can be seen like bags of employees, phone chargers, & other items that should be in the stockroom

Unsafe Building

1. No Front Office on duty at 8pm to 11am. Only 1 security guard is attending the building.2. Unsafe, smoke detector are not working even the fire hose cabinet seen damage on the hose. In case of fire I think guests will be all dead due to no staff to assist.3. Hot shower is not working, the spray nozzle of the shower is clog.4. No TV reception (sky cable modem not working)5. Bed foam is around 4 inches thickness with mattress of color brown I dont know if itis clean.6. Enercon card holder is broken. 7. No confirmation of you are being charged using CC because you will need to pay cash even booked with CC.8. Location is not Visible.
