Everything and the price is very good. Hospitality of the staff are always willing to help.

Nothing negative but place was difficult to find. Could not figure our which building. Condo hotel address is not visible. Thank goodness for Mactan Newtown staff assisting in finding the right bu. Then check in was a bit backward being on a different flr

We had to ask to get the room serviced a few times. I had to ask for towels many times

You get what you pay for.

Needs maintenance badly or renovation. The room and place looked run down. Our tub was leaking water, bed sheets and comforter had stains , and bath towels were worn out and had holes. There were cockroaches inside the room.

Friendly staffs, there is a reception area. Very nice and clean place.

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the staff at the reception were nice and extremely helpful. The pool was good but wish it was opened longer. The bed was comfortable and aircon worked great.

There was no/ very limited kitchen utensils and the chord for the kettle did not reach the power socket which was frustrating. The room did not provide any pool towels we had to go to reception to get them it was not near the pool. There were a few tiles that were loose in/around the pool.

An absolutely disgusting experience.The room was in appalling condition. The bathroom was filthy, with hair, dust, and dirt in almost every corner. The bathtub was stained yellow, which is completely unhygienic, and the shower curtain had chewing gum stuck to it. The bed sheets were clearly unchanged for an extended period, and both the sheets and duvet were visibly dirty. The couches were heavily stained, and some of the cushions were marked with what appeared to be wine.When I raised these serious concerns with the receptionist, I was told there was “nothing they could do” due to a lack of available staff, and I was simply asked to return to my room — completely disregarding the seriousness of the situation.The final, unacceptable issue was the presence of cockroaches coming from the bed, creating an immediate health hazard. I was forced to leave the hotel and secure alternative accommodation at my own expense.I requested to speak with the manager in hopes of finding a solution, but the manager never appeared. I was told I would be contacted regarding a refund, but no one ever followed up.To add to the disappointment, the pool, which is advertised as a feature of the hotel, is only available at restricted times — something that is not clearly communicated at booking.This stay was absolutely disgraceful, and I strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Dirty!

The place was dirty, had roaches, had a bad smell in the room, wasn't provided towels. It was a horrible stay overall and the pictures are deceiving as it looks nothing like the pictures.

I do not recommend this hotel because of the very loud noise from their disco pub (Club Lux) that operayes EVERYDAY! The room is not soundproof so you can really hear the unbearably loud volume thus, you cannot sleep. They could have built a soundproof disco pub because it is really nuisance to the guests’ ears especially on wee hours. It disrupts peace and sleep. The room where we stayed was not as beautiful as advertised. Their smart toilet is not even working. Checking in and out is so slow unlike other hotels. Parking is not free you will have to pay per hour. To me, booking here is not worth the time and money. I will never book here again.

Honestly the studio was infested with baby roaches that you’ll see in the toilet and kitchen which made me not want to stay in the room. I killed at least 5 baby roaches during my stay. The housekeeping is probably the laziest housekeeping I’ve ever seen. So don’t be fooled by the pleasant smile and polite greetings. They didn’t replace my towels after the first day even though I asked that they do during check in, no water refill was given so I had to call and ask, the sheets were halfheartedly folded. On day 2, they cleared the trash but didn’t replace the trash bag, and there is a random watermelon seed that was on the floor since check in which no one bothered to sweep away and I just wanted to see if housekeeping would do its job but they clearly never did. Shower head is leaking water from the sides so the water pressure becomes very low. The cup wasn’t cleaned properly with clear coffee stains on it. Bathtub clearly hasn’t been scrubbed in ages so there are stains there which could’ve been easily cleaned up had housekeeping actually do their job. It’s fine that the building is old, what’s not ok is the lazy behavior and lack thereof maintenance to prevent roach infestation in the units.

Location wise, very perfect. Everything you need from groceries, restaurants, fastfood and coffee shops are so close. The facilities specially the pool is very accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Limited access to television which I believe could be improved.

Comfortable stay with kids. Tv has options for shows. Room got cleaned every day. Nice fridge to keepp food and drink cold.

Light in toilets can be brighter to assist applying make up.Why can pool only be used 2 hoours an dau.

The location is great because it was accessible to almost everything from fast food to the groceries to Starbucks!

The staff at C Suites was personable, happy, and hard-working. Whenever we wanted or needed something, they were always very accommodating and quick to act. The location and the facilities near the location were SO near and SO convenient when we needed something-church, restaurants, transportation, groceries, etc., etc.

We absolutely did not want to see any Cockroaches or any other "creatures" of the night in our room. Unfortunately, they were in each room that we were in. Also, leaking AC unit,
