Lobby is too small that it easily becomes overcrowded during peak season. If you have guests visiting, there’s nowhere to bring them, except your room. The rest room in the lobby is not maintained well. The faucets are leaky and loose. People coming from the pool area would leave wet tracks in the elevator. That’s an accident hazard.Air condition system in the hallway does not work well. It is always hot outside in the hallway.

We loved Belmont’s Spa. We had the traditional Filipino couple’s massage and it was amazing!!! We had a quiet, dark, and comfortable room for sleeping. It wasn’t big but it was suitable for a few days. The Staff are so helpful and attentive at the dining room’s breakfast buffet. Despite the construction around we found the area pretty nice, safe, peaceful for walking in the evenings. Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips and Street Burger are just outside the Hotel.

The beds and pillows were very good. The beach access (400m) was really a pool, but a very nice and large pool with towels and cabanas.

One tea bag only for two people Swimming pool in building closed and they didn’t mention it at booking or check in Staff didn’t really seem to care, especially compared to other places we stayed in PH

Room was very small, 2 of the 4 elevators were not working when we arrived and the hotel was packed. They did get one additional one working the day before we left.

The area seemed quite nice. I felt safe with the luggage check at the entrance.

When checking in, there was literally no room to stand with your luggage due to the line of people. Absolute insanity. Why does it take so long to check in? Additionally, the food was quite awful. The “pizza” was a massive crouton with a little bit of pizza sauce on it. We also came back from an excursion to find that the staff removed all the towels and didn’t replace them, so we had to call to get towels re-delivered. Weird.

Clean and modern, a short walk to the beach and lagoon pool which was lovely. In the Mactan Newtown area so everything is built up and quite western. Lots of local shops to choose from, great breakfast buffet. Beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Was super busy at the time we were there so the foyer was often full and a wait for the lifts, but that was not a huge concern.

Room was too small and cramped. No wardroad in the room. No tub, shower area was clogged, toilet health faucet was not working properly. cleanliness is very low. Response from house keeping was pathetic. room chair had torn fabric, they share beach and swimming pool with local community and other hotels, swimming pool water was murky, not healthy. beach being common one was always crowded. One lift was not working that made going up and down a horrible task. This is not upto mercure standards. worse than Ibis. we had a terrible stay.

The location was very convenient. All amenities were within walking distance.

I booked for a family room of 5 guest. However, I was given a connecting room with one Queen bed and the other with 2 single beds. Size of the room made it hard to add another bed for my little one. Was informed that the family rooms are all connecting room. Each room was given 2 bottles of 330ml water per day. When asked for more, was told that there will be additional charges. At 9pm was told by front desk that they ran out of ice cubes. Tissue holder in the toilet was falling off and had sharp edges. Late check out are chargeable at 2000 peso per hour.

The doormen were super nice, we noticed they checked our taxi/grab rides every time we got out, to make sure we didn't leave anything. Gave us some really good recommendations. The breakfast buffet was okay. The gym and attendant was good too. One day, they even let me in early because we had an early tour.

The front desk was not very helpful. Had to call and ask them a few questions, and they weren't very helpful or polite. It was really the only time on our two-week trip that we encountered anyone being rude. But I guess it was just preparing us for our return to the US.

It's located in a new development area. About a 10-minute walk to the beach. Close to the airport. There are nearby restaurants, a bakery, convenience stores and supermarkets.

Breakfast was disappointing. The shower is small and uses a curtain, so the floor can flood if you are not careful. No cabinet to hang clothes or place your folded clothes. But they provide an open hanger rack. I've stayed in Belmont, Manila before and this place is a downgrade.

It is comfortable, the facilities are really nice, the staff was friendly and respectful. The free access to the beach and pool is a + for booking this hotel. There are several restaurants and shops near the hotel!

The hotel inside pool was under maintenance (because of g the typhoon) otherwise all good
