Nothing had money took from locked room. Yes i was dumb for leaving but still it had to be maid because room was locked. Which is sad food was good.

The location is good, the staff is nice and the lobby smells so good.

The mat towel in the washroom is not good to look at and the size of the room is small but aircondition is not cold.

The location is good. Close to small stands that sell all different types of food. Shopping 200-500 yards away Airport is close 10-20 minutes.

Audio on TV was very bad. Sounds like speakers were used to loud and caused cones to be damaged. Breakfast was good. When we needed another bed in the email they said 900 pesos I thought it was for the 12 day stay. It was per night for a piece of foam on the floor Very disappointed for half the price of a room, foam on the floor.

Clean, accessible to the airport

Air conditioning unit does not function well. It blowed hot air and no matter how we complained about it, we were told to use electric fans. Aside from that, water on the shower is defective too. Only hot water comes. Staffs are nice but the facilities are no good.

room is very very small no complete facilities like others hotel.AC is to much noisy and not much cooler.

Location were very accessible to supermarket, shopping mall, airport. Etc.

The only downside I had experience was the terrible noise from the air-conditioning system. To the fact that I didn't sleep the whole night. Good maintenance is a must especially when the client need a good rest for the next day.

not so organized. I booked a hotel at booking.com but when we arrived they haven't got our reservation so we need to wait for them to prepare the rooms and also there was a mixed up with our rooms.

booking.com said there was balcony. no balcony and the bathroom is not like the pictures.

Super Traumatic

we got stuck in an elevator for nearly 2hr. super bad experience. and the hotel persons don't even know that to do. parang pinabayaan kami sa loob ng elevator. buti nalang at walang nahimatay saamin sa loob. I don't recommend this hotel.

The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. The restaurant on the seventh floor was a good view of the island.The airport is not too far from the hotel. the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It would be nice if they have a refrigerator in the rooms. A locked box would be appreciated. They should provide more pillows for the guest.

The people was very friendly and helpful. The location to the airport was 5 min away. I will stay there again in the future
