Pros +
- Excellent location in the slopes. Very quiet and comfortable beds.
- Very well located with ski in ski out. Good size rooms for the alps with a comfortable sofa bed. Nice pool the kids loved and all clean. A little cold but didn’t stop them. Boot room not heated but we took our boots to our room daily. Would recommend using plagne solei ski school if staying as easier to access than plagne villages ski school.
- Apartment was modern, good sized, with comfortable beds and good shower. Ski-in/ski-out location and ski locker room, access to pool for kids, onsite restaurant and bar serving delicious food and a great choice of drinks, close to small, well-stocked supermarket and bars/restaurants, and free parking.
Cons -
- NothingRestaurant pretty average not the best food and quite pricey
- Only a few small negatives. There was not enough wardrobe space - they catered for 3 rather than 6 people. In the apartment, they could have double the amount of wardrobes without it feeling cramped - all of our group agreed. Also, the residence is a little bit of a rabbit warren and it’s challenging to find your way around - more signage could help. Finally, like many other guests have commented, the pool could be a bit warmer. Aside from that, everything else was great.
- Quite basic for star-rating. Everything costs extra - more than 1 towel each for the week costs €9, pay for extra toilet roll. €10 for Spa access. Felt that a lot of these should be included.

Great location. Ample parking and swift check-in. Kitchen is small but well stocked. Chairlift restaurant is great.

Fantastic ski in ski out location, easy to get to ski school, great bread service and take away pizzas.
Needs shelves and hooks in boot room locker.
Location and good sized apartment, well equipped
Only one pillow per person, shower flooded easily
Great location, 3rd time we have stayed here as larger than average accommodation (compared to other French apartments), ski in ski out and generally good quality accommodation and service. Only reason for a not full ten out of ten are only minor issues and a sometimes cold swimming pool.
Great location on a blue slope! The restaurant is lovely and the staff there are really good. Room was comfortable and big enough for our group with plenty of storage. Balcony was huge and a great view. However the cleanliness could have been better and the room needed some TLC (marks on the walls, broken cupboard doors). The shower had no shower curtain or screen which flooded the bathroom and also came into the kitchen area. Overall a good stay and value for money but some things could be improved.
Excellent location! A return visit for us. New check in procedures sped up time to get to your room. Staff attentive and friendly. Daily delivered fresh baguettes a bonus. Ski straight onto the slopes. Comfortable, large apartment for a family of 4. Pool was a welcome break from the skiing all day. Onsite restaurant served good food and lovely outdoor terrace for après-ski drinks.
Stay was good, however no oven, the pool was freezing, no boot warmers in the ski lockers and the WiFi was patchy at best. Ski in ski out was helpful although we had to walk to the ESF in Plagne Village in the morning for ski school. The on site restaurant was very good.We had a 6 person apartment which was very spacious, but the lack of oven was disappointing when cooking. The bath was also really small meaning it was hard to relax in a bath at the end of a days skiing. With some minor adjustments, this could be a great place. La Plagne is a great place to ski with so much skiing to be done! Would probably stay in a different place if we came back as don’t like to stay in the same place twice.
The location was great. The rooms were quiet. Free parking. The bread/ Croissant delivery was excellent. Discount of 30% from Sport 2000 with Odalys voucher.Could have done with a Tea Towel. The pillows were naff but we used a spare duvet to supplement. The pool was colder than I would have liked. The kids didn’t seem to mind, but the jets were too cold to work off my old muscle pain!
The location is excellent! Booked for the ski in and ski out, absolutely perfect for this. We didn’t use the pool area but it was great to have the option, same with the restaurant, we had take away pizzas one night, they were good. Parking is easy and readily available. The style of the hotel is attractive. I booked a long time in advance of our stay so paid a low price, so it was very good value because of that.
It could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn’t terrible, just needs a deep clean around skirtings etc but it’s still probably cleaner than most ski accommodation we have stayed in unless it’s brand new. The pillows, were more like cushions, if you can bring a proper pillow it’s probably a good idea!
Loved the size of the apartment and that all the necessary kitchen items were there if you wanted to cook on the hob. No oven though, but didn’t bother us. Great location right on the slope. Bakery and spar shop across in plagne soleil was the most convenient as you just walk straight across the slope (ecartee) without having to walk a bit further into Plagne village.
Only negative is that the pool is too cold.
ski in/out. Staff, parking. decor
Kitchen/cooking facilities. Room size
The accommodation was very reasonably priced compared to other properties nearby, and the quality was good for the price. Things that could be improved: pool area and water temperature in the pool are a bit too cool, and the cleaning of the rooms and the common areas could be improved.
Great location, frandly staff, good organisation.
1.No dryer in ski locker - forced to take boots to the room. 2.Just 2 tablets for dishwasher in cleen set...3. No sms received when the room was ready
Location was perfect. Ski in and out. Short walk to town.
Swimming pool was too cold and had too much chlorine in it, all the kids came out of there coughing. Lack of ski boot room to dry/ store boots.Lack of communal space/ bar to chill out in, in the evening. There is a restaurant on site, but it gets busy, so you eat and then have to leave ready for the next guests.
proximity to the lifts
It's not really a 4-star spa as had been advertised on booking. It's like a student residence, and the staff aren't very helpful. It's like a 2-star motel with proximity to the lifts.
Very convenient for the slopes
More seating in the ski locker area needed. A screen on one side of the shower would help. More suitable containers for microwaving. Lack of versatile hangers in hallway
Access to slopes good
The pool small not too warm
