The breakfast was great, the staff were amazing and the view was breathtaking! We had our dog with us and it was comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone who considers traveling with their dog.

During cleaning, they only replaced the towels, no additional cleaning was done over 3 days.

The location was good

We didnt like the attitude of the staff or ................. most importantly being mislead as to any hot water.Had they been honest and told us that there was none, for whatever reason - rather than trying to move us from room to room - we would not have checked in at all. As it was, with no hot watre and staff sitting around smoking together in the restaurant. We gave up after just one night and requested a refund for the 2nd night.Seems they have no intention of providing this - despite their failure to provide basic hot water was the reson we cut our stay short.

It has a wonderful view. The staff is attentive and caring. The breakfast was also wonderful.

Water pressure very low, made showering difficult. No offer of a refill of coffee at breakfast. Sun beds by pool uncomfortable.

Such a lovely hotel. The view is amazing from both the pool side and the room balcony. The staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with a little variation each morning. We ate there one evening and that was also very good. The hotel.is very clean and the room was just right for 2 people. The hotel is walking distance to the sea and although it is uphill on the way back we didn't find this a problem. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if visiting selimiye.

Amazing place! Lovely location, incredible view, and beautiful pool. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, accommodating, and always had great recommendations. They went above and beyond. Would absolutely stay here again!

Love everything! Second time staying there, the views perfect, the restaurant tasty, the rooms are cozy and very clean, breakfast delicious and big)The very nice beach with stunning blue water with appropriate infrastructure is available for free. Selemie downtown and the beach is 10-15 min walking distance, but keep in mind to come back you will need to go up the hill which can be a little bit hard.Many thanks for the staff, so welcoming, especially for Burak!

Breakfast was amazing! The best that Turkey has to offer. Plentiful, delicious, varied. I loved the grilled cheese, the bread, selection of jams, the way tomatoes were served. View is to die for. We booked the property because of the view and the experience was magical.Quality of the rooms, great toiletries in the bathroom, towels, pillows - no complaints here. Everything fresh and clean.Pool - water was pleasantly warm and it was magical swimming at sunset looking at all the boats

There were families with kids staying at the property. I read about kids in other reviews and it was our main reason for only booking one night. We got to spend some time by the pool in the evening with no kids around, but couldn’t use it next morning because parents had kids playing by the pool while having breakfast

Everything was near-perfect, the view and serenity from the place overall and the pool, the super-friendly and supportive staff, the great home-made turkish-style breakfast, etc etc.

Only real room for improvement is the plumbing/water situation which they are aware of. Often no hot water in shower or once no water at all. But in hot weather and quick fixes (mostly) not the biggest issue

The view is exceptional from everywhere in the hotel, especially if you are staying in a room with sea view. Price is fair compared to Selimiye average. Breakfast is great as well. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

There is nothing we didn’t like however you should keep in mind that the hotel is on a hill and transportation via car will be required especially in hot weather

It is located at the slopes of Selimiye Town. 15 mins walk from town, yet It has pretty nice view. Rooms are not spacious but enough for 2. Almost each room has a Selimiye bay view. Our sweet host Burak told us there’s honeymoon rooms which are more private and also nice terrace with a view. For our 4 nights of stay, we spent each dinner at the hotel, prepared by a talented chef. Try mutebbel and fırında levrek for sure!! No need to mention great breakfast served with delicious turkish tea.

Turkish breakfast was delicious. For the non car drivers the location was doable by walking. The view from the Hotel was exceptional.
