    Pros +

    • Cleanliness of bedroom and general areas.
    • The property is near the beach and a board walk. The staff was nice and helpful.
    • The air conditioning at the property is controlled by the hotel not by the individual in the room so it is on one system we used it first day and room was like a sauna after.

    Cons -

    • Unsociable bar area, cold and lacking in atmosphere. Noisy tuneless night shows.
    • The beds were awfully hard even with a topper. The towels were not soft at all. The buffet was just ok.
    • The bar area gets overtaken by non drinking pensioners playing games. This leaves the people wanting to sit and have a drink no where to sit , maybe the entertainment room should be set up as a game room ??? We were here for first few days in April bar area is very cold so wrap up. The town was still closed so thankfully we were all inclusive. Over all it's a great place to stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel. We were all inclusive in a junior suite. This included all meals, snacks & Drinks. Beds are comfortable but god the pillows are like bricks !!!! Room was clean and modern. Staff are super friendly , various entertainment afternoon and evenings,

Great location, only 15 minutes from Reus airport, (€34) we went all inclusive which included breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, snack bar and drinks all day & use of spa facilities, our room was a duplex which means the bedroom was upstairs and toilet and living room were downstairs, spacious balcony, bathroom had shower gel, shampoo and hand-wash,hairdryer. livingroom had a fridge, sofa bed and TV, bedroom also had a TV. PoolBar had Entertainment every nite , friendly staff and very clean hotel. Bus goes to tarragona and salou every 30mins from the beach (5 min walk from hotel) at €2 each way. When checking out we had use of the baggage room and we were allowed to keep 1 card key so we could still use the spa and snack bar untill our taxi arrived.

The only negative is ........The beds and pillows are so hard ??unfortunately they are so uncomfortable .But loved everything else, (I'm 51 and like a bit of comfort) ?

Loved the outdoor spaces at the hotel - the rooftop pool and bar were exceptional. My room was large and the balcony was great. The staff were mostly very sweet and helpful. It’s a 3 minute walk to the sea front and the bars and shops there, plus the beach.

Charging extra for access to the roof for all-inclusive guests felt cheeky. The restaurant gets extremely crowded - one morning for breakfast I spent longer looking for a table than eating. I hate when it’s two single beds next to each other rather than a double, especially when they’re made up as singles.

The hotel was clean food fresh and delicious show cooking. The staff were very helpful when we needed them. Bar service excellent along with self-service. Fantastic gym.

Cramped round sunbeds. Very wet round pool area. Children were falling over. No cleaning during the day. We asked to have our room cleaned twice. They only left clean towels on the bed. The gym finished at 5 pm.

Location is good, near the beach, access to two hotels facilities

Check out at 10.30, gym only available under payment, no parking nor for arrival

Pretty much everything, although the size of the hotel put a lot of pressure on the facilities - especially dining. Also, did not like the extra charge for a safe key

The place was nice. The concept of the full on resort was enjoyable.

The last thing a person would expect when booking online and watching all the pictures: the beds… simply the worst ever experienced. The bathroom, room, lobby, etc were AMAZING. And you’d expect and hope to spend a great night of sleep. But no, the mattresses are soooooo hard and pillows so soft. You just can’t find a comfortable sleeping position no matter what you do. We were a group of 3 traveling together. All of us very different body types and sleeping preferences… we all barely slept the 3 nights we stayed over. This could easily be solved by adding small memory foam over-mattresses.

    Food was excellent

As it is not season yet and weather temperature is not that high, then room temp was a little bit cold, but extra blanket helped.

the gym, spa and pool area were lovely and clean all the time with plenty of sun loungers plus the self service of the all inclusive area was very good

The food was a disgrace... and always cold, nothing matched or went together .. they acutally served mashed potatoes and mixed contry veg at breakfast every morning! along with older german, spanish and french people literally shoving and pushing you at the worlds slowest toasters every morning was disgraceful and this was april so i would hate to see peak season. The all inclusive, is not all inclusive, the bar includes 2 types of pre mixed cocktails, 1 beer, 1 sangria and a small handful of local spirits, water and soft drinks, however before 10am you cannot even get a water you have to buy it everything else you have to pay for and they are not cheap at all, 3e for small beer We stayed in a room overlooking the pool, so lovely view in the day however the entertainment also happens there so from 10pm - 12 midnight the place rocks, followed by a sing song and then again a load of german, spanish and french people shouting and roarng, so when you've been kept up by music half the night and would like to sleep late the cleaning staff do their best to make as much noise as they can, we were in room 2250 and from 8.30/ 9 you can hear the carnage of the cleaning staff .. they pull beds / chairs and everything all over the place so the noise is something else! most of the staff have little to no english so good luck, asking for anything ...

Stayed in the Oassium hotel which was great, loved the spa especially. Breakfast was lovely although I didn't eat hot breakfast, there was a good variety otherwise.

    Crowded buffet.

The whole complex is amazing. There is so much to do, and you could spend your whole stay exploring the complex. Right next to a beautiful beach and close to shops ,bars, and restaurants. Loads around to see and do for all ages. All the staff are lovely. The self-service with all-inclusive is fantastic.

We were all inclusive, so the indoor pool was included for us, but other family members that were half board had to pay €10 an adult and €5 for each child. With it being the end of October, beginning of November, the outdoor pools were freezing so for the kids (age 2 and 7) to enjoy a pool they had to use the indoor pool , which worked out expensive. I think with the cost of the holiday, the indoor pool should be included. For a family of 6, 2 small children, 2 older teens and 2 adults, it cost €50 a time.

Most of the food was great and enjoyable, but the vegetarian and vegan options were limited as they used meat for garnish in most salads/dishes. The spa was quite nice with plenty of things to enjoy and do while inside. The rooms were spacious and clean.

All the pools were freezing cold. We assume the place used a salt water system as the water was salty. When we went to the beach, the seawater was way warmer - making it bizarre how the small pools could not warm up from the sun! They also sold with the booking 50% off from Spa, however, upon buying an extra entry we found out that full price gives two entries. They also offer an 18+ pool on the rooftop, but do not allow All Inclusive usage!

Buffet inclusion was bang for your buck and worth it!Learning there was nightly shows was exciting!Like a cruise ship on land! Spas, shows, pool, food!

    Parking was tricky.

We are using this hotel as part of our wedding July 4th 2024 with over 60guests. We love the hotel even though we had a wee mix up on booking. Same as my last stay in June. Ideally another bed in the knipje rooms as with kids but overall love it

Live music below the bedroom after 10pm

Right before i start i was like most people reading reviews about the hotel and had mixed feedback, so prior to the holiday i wasn’t expecting much, so heres the review, stayed at estival park almaris, receptionist all friendly, asked many questions about the hotel/ facilities, the room spacious clean modern, shower room only comment is the extractor fan could be stronger, they allow you to use the spa run by another company, the gym has all equipment has 2 steam rooms sauna and the swimmingpool was always warm, hotel is massive and where we stayed allowed you to the adults only roof top pool, lovely views alot more quiet as adults only i definately would recommnd, now lets get to the food, this is what came up on alot of the reviews, in my opinion one of the best catered all inclusive places ive eaten at, every evening meal they changed the theme of food, the selections was massive, from italian to the breads and meats, there was always choices at the meals, every lunch/ dinner the grill section the meat was always tender, one thing to not in between meals the snack bar was open, hot dogs burgers nuggets fried was available all day freshly cooked, all alcohol drinks was included and i can hohnestly say all the bar staff was friendly even when busy

    - Pool- Room

    - Check-in staff not very friendly, demotivated- Staff demotivated, some few exceptions.- Young lifeguard rude- Pool times 10-19, why?!- 3 elevators, 1 not working, 1 has a defect, 1 ok. Waited 20min to get all the suitcases down to the lobby.- Lights on the balcony get turned on/off automatically. That‘s really unnecessary, you can’t control it yourself.- Boss is really unfriendly, can’t talk with him, like with all the other staff. Asked to take out a little bit of the pasta for our 2 year old child which was sleeping. Said in a rude tone „NO“. 5min later other people take out a handful of fruits!- Half board is a disaster. You only get water as drinks! When asked to do a upgrade, they said our 2 year old has to pay also 25€/day. A 2 YEAR OLD?!- FOOD IS DISGUSTING AND EVERY DAY THE SAME. We never ate so bad in a hotel!
