The perfect getaway. The staff, location, room were all perfect. The view was magnificent from room 201 with a large balcony. We will be returning...!

The hotel is new, comfortable, and clean. The hotel equipment is modern and new. SPA is available. Near the hotel, a nice pizzeria is located reachable by walk.

The room I can say is clean

My wife suggested Lake Como for our honeymoon, so we booked this hotel. Unfortunately, I felt disappointed from day one. The hotel is much farther from town than expected, so I think the distance in kilometers/miles should be updated to reflect that it’s actually quite far.There were also some missing basics in the room, like slippers and an ironing board, and there was no ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign for the door. Because of this, the cleaner came knocking to clean the room, and then even tried to open the door on both the second and third days. I had to rush quickly to stop them from coming in, which was uncomfortable.The female receptionist was friendly and helpful, but the other male receptionist was a handful to deal with. Overall, I feel this place has room for improvement, especially for guests looking for a special experience on their honeymoon.The breakfast was nothing. Overall Disappointed

Great lakeside location and pool. Not to far to walk to nearby restaurants and old town.

Sporadic pool opening hours, the room was a little tired but reasonable.

Small village and in order to reach a good Italian restaurant I had to search and drive long.

Stayed on a junior suite which was really big.Plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk.Really friendly staff and there was always room by the pool The lake shore was 50 metres away and the scenery was breathtaking

The WiFi was terrible and the aircon was a little noisy

Big room and balcony. Beautiful view. You can see Como Lake and mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Camping situated next to hotel that’s wy swimming pool was so crowded. There is a quite noisy street nearby due to people driving fast on motorbikes.

Very good location, close the lake, nice for walks, fantastic pool, spacious room and good bathroom, good parking, lots of restaurants around the property, good breakfast.

No view on the lake but on a very tight campsite, airco was bad and sleeping couch was uncomfortable and very noisy.

Small hotel, perfect for us in a fantastic location by the lake. Beautiful scenic views and lovely early morning walks along the lakeside watching the sunrise. Great facilities, very clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Would have been good to see more information about what to do and places to eat etc in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is really good and it is just walking distance to the lake. It is not so noisy compared to other cities around the lake area but still quite convenient to visit many sightseeing places by car .Our room is clean, spacious and with a balcony with nice view of the mountains. We really love it.

We loved to stay here for the second time and i think there will be several more stays to come! Friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely swimmingpool and amazing location next to lake Como.

Spacious room nicely furnished and modern. Walk-in shower and bathroom facilities. Spacious parking. Good breakfast. Close to the delightful Gravedona. Good terrace; the lake is visible but in a distance; you look down on some campers first. Sound if the rain ticking on the roof if you like that.

If you have noisy neighbours, then you hear them all right.

The staff is very friendly! The hotel is pretty clean and comfy. Rooms are big, with everything needed, breakfast was pretty good and the coffee as well, but the highlight of it is the wonderful view. The area is quiet, calm and extremely beautiful. The lake is 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel building.

The WiFi isn't very good.....they don't Server breakfast until 08.15 which is a little late...there was no kettle in the room

Clean and very nice room with balcony, fridge and AC. The host was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above expectations and the straff were very service minded. Private car parking for the quests. Very satisfied with the hotel and the stay.

Excellent hotel, gorgeous view from the balcony to the hotel pool, lake and mountains.The lake is impressive.It is very pleasant to walk along the lake, swim or just relax by the lake admiring the beautiful views around.Good bed and shower room.Very friendly owner and staff.We were advised to have an excellent Italian restaurant within walking distance, which we were very pleased with, feeling the real flavor of Italy.Very convinient parking in front of the hotel entrance.

A very small refrigerator, which is very inconvenient.A little noisy from the road when the balcony door is open.

Starting from friendly staff, ending with an amazing view, this place totally corresponds to the description?Rooms are tidy, free and convenient parking in the hotel yard, tasty breakfast ( some fruits, drinks, prosciutto, cheese, yogurt, bread… )Hotel is just in front of Como lake, so you can easily reach it and swim there ( water is chilly now, about +20 dg )Also we arrived early and were given a room 2 hrs earlier, just after it was cleaned, greatly appreciate this?Also it is a place for camping, so lots of vans are placed on the yard, which looks interesting.

I see the only and the biggest trouble here is poor wifi, when I say poor, I mean 2-5 mgb per second ( Instagram, you tube, email hardly loading, not talking of any work needs?)So in case you need some worcation, this is not the right place, or make sure to have a great mobile internet!There is a swimming pool, but the problem is that it has also about +22 dg, it's freezing cold?
