Only the old lady who prepared the breakfast

It was one of the worst experience i had, no WIFI , no elevator

The hotel was a convenient location and they had a good breakfast.

The room and the hotel were a little outdated and not super clean.

A nice hotel near in easy walking distance of the beach and harbor, Take care with Google maps as it doesn't get you to the hotel entrance, you end up on the road at the back of the hotel,

Because the hotel is near the beach/harbor parking was an issue, but I found somewhere to park as it was quite late in the day when I arrived.

The pool was big and clean in a lovely surrounding. Great location, clean and comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast which could be eaten at the poolside.Good WiFi.

The location is amazing, it is next to the most hyped street. The property was clean and was of good value for the money. The breakfast was an open buffet and was a good Turkish breakfast selection. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The room insulation wasn't the best. I couldn't hear the other rooms but the hallway noises were in the room.

Location.

I had paid for my stay via Booking.com. After checking in, Booking.com forwarded an email to me from the hotel, in Turkish, with a link i was asked to click on. I thought it could be a scam, and did NOT click it, but showed the manager. He could not explain why it was sent, which made me a bit nervous. Only one staff member spoke English.

Close to beach and bars.

I didn't like that we were on the 3rd floor as my mother was 88 so a bit difficult for her having to use the stairs all the time.

Bad

Would not recommend. My friend moved in a few days earlier and was unhappy. Small rooms, staff unhelpful, no shade in pool area irregular maid service. I did not stay there and found alternative accomodation. I could not get a refund.

Great location, really clean and comfortable, great breakfast, friendly staff. The shower was fabulous.

The hairdryer in the room didn't work very well

I really like location and garden.

My room was economic and i doesnt have any balcany. If there had been empty room, i was expecting to be placed an empty room. I would be a gesture.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was central. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.

The Hamle hotel is conveniently located near the town centre , the delightful Azmak river and the beach. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts were outstanding in the quality and choice of food. it was delightful to have breakfast outside alongside the swimming pool.

There is not a lift which could be tricky for the elderly or disabled.

It was a lovely hotel, it was budget price so don’t expect a non budget service, the pool was very clean and never very busy, the staff are always smiling and happy to help

Nothing, I didn’t pay for room service so I had to ask for loo roll and towels when we needed them but they were brought very quickly

Hotel has many good points: great location with river and restaurants close by, clean, looked after and comfortable. Staff seemed helpful.

Only some staff spoke little English, for such a big hotel this is strange.

Nice place in lovely Akyaka. Feel a bit sorry that we had only one night there. The place is nice, the service is good, comfortable room, loved the small balcony for evening relaxation. Chose this place for a pool and it was adequate. Would love to come back for a longer stay.
