Beautiful accommodation, friendly staff, easy access, very clean, we enjoyed our stay

The facility was well decorated, clean with all the amenities you need. Great shower, water pressure was good. So close to all amenities.

The monkeys. A screen door for the kitchen would be nice. Low wattage globes in the stairwell is a hazard.

Most of it.

The ceiling fan in the unit ground floor only worked on max speed. Was forced to park in the narrow covered parking of unit number 6 because the unit 6 guest was not able to maneuver his bakkie into it, and parked in our parking. It was not a big issue, but was inconvenient nonetheless. The after hours number when called, returned "the number does not exist" on the day we checked in. Internet speed was good, but kept disconnecting every now and then. TV was very small.

The apartments are spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering.

The housekeeping comes in a bit early and somewhat puts pressure on everyone to move out of the way.

I liked everything about the property and the kids really enjoyed being at the pool area

Great location for all amenities and excursions.Very quiet in January, facilities all we expected and more. Accommodation is as described and very comfortable.Staff were helpful with advice and booking trips.We had a great stay

Wifi is an issue.

We stay at Perna Perna Lodge over Christmas with two small kids and the place was lovely, very conveniently placed on the main road with all shops and restaurant being close enough to walk. The pool and play area were lovely and the kids absolutely loved it. It was great to have the unit serviced daily.

Nothing that can really be done, but parking bay are tight

Good location. Quite a few restaurant and shopping options within walking distance.The town looks well looked after.

Needs an upgrade, lots of ants. Booked 3 rooms, 1 unit, the fan wasn’t great and 2 units didn’t have hairdryers

As described in the pics, 2 bedroom apartment with a single bed under the stairs. Good location, close enough to take a stroll into town.Nice big swimming pool and small kids area.

The pool was lovely. Everything was neat and tidy. The daily housekeeping did a good job. Overall, we had a good experience.

There is only 1 air-conditioner in the main bedroom upstairs. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom and in the lounge did little to relieve us from the heat. The wifi did not connect at all, but we had brought our own in case.

Great location, well appointed house, lovely garden. Lovely braai facility and and outdoor table.

House is really compact and not necessarily adequate for the elderly (we had two in our party). Tv and wifi was non functional. no toiletries provided. Fans were barely useful - there was a heat wave at the time and just one room had a metered (prepaid) Aircon in place. Unfortunately due to the excessive heat in the house and the issues listed, we had to depart a day earlier with no compensation catered for.

The staff were on the ball.

the place does need some maintenance. The towels were threadbare and not white. Leaking tap could not be fixed as new tap had to be ordered. Toilets were stained, cupboards under sink were musty.

We liked the fan, we liked the place was huge enough, the location from beach and from the shops were near, the place was neat, the service from the people who worked there was amazing. We will definitely come back next time. ?

Rooms every open Parking are safe Even if u checked in after trading time but u will find ur room clean and neat

They need to upgrade that automatic gate locked or opened...someone will just came in and shoot someone and drive out although its helpful to those who came late to checked in...I think Find something like a box hide it next to the gate infom gest about it to pick his or her key back there when it time to check out

Good overall service from the receptionist and attitude etc

Toilet pan / seat upstairs in unit 13 needs to be replaced
