    Pros +

    • Beautiful view, central location, great staff, good selection for breakfast, memorable dinner at the restaurant at the bottom of the stairs la Lucinda del Pescatore. Grazie mille
    • The location was gorgeous! If you don't mind stairs, (they really were not that bad) the view from the hotel balcony and from our room were totally worth the stairs! The location was perfect at the heart of the town you can see the water taxi and all the boats coming in and out as well as great people watching. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and the staff friendly!
    • staff were all pretty kind, and main floor of building where they had breakfast was nice.

    Cons -

    • Parking was 15 euros a night, 112 stairs to our room which was okay for us, definitely not a hotel for the elderly, kept our bathroom door closed due to sewer smell.
    • seemed dirty constantly. Cleaning crew was so loud bright and early in the morning with no regard for anyone trying to sleep. the moisture that can get trapped in the bathroom is crazy.
    • The stairs were a workout for sure but we were adequately forewarned. The room was small overall with no inside sitting area but the balcony was great. The bedroom was a good size but the pull out couch a bit small and takes up the floor space when pulled out. Basic and dated but clean.

Perfect location in Minori. Minori is a lovely little town and this hotel is in the best area for access to the port, beach and the town. The view from the balcony was fantastic and the ambience of the breakfast room/lounge spectacular. The breakfast was lovely.

The hotel room was quaint, quiet and spacious. It was close to everything. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beautiful views from the room and breakfast area.

Bathroom did not have any outlets except for a razor. A mirror in the bedroom would be helpful.

Staff was excellent, but nothing could beat the view.

Easier access from parking than walking up 63 stairs. Getting luggage in and out was hard.

The view for our balcony was perfect, public parking in front, beach and ferry in front too. Very convenient

Very friendly. Room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view. Breakfast was perfect.

Very good location. Close to the boat terminal. Close to the beach and city center. Amazing views. The steps to the hotel are not too bad. The hotel was clean. (If I am not counting the ants).

I have travelled the world, but have never seen a hotel where there is no bread for breakfast. Only packed toast bread. And one toaster for the whole hotel. So everyone has to wait there to at least warm up the packed toast bread.Extremely, extremely poor selection for breakfast. And the ham and cheese is not even cold, you can smell it as well. Ants in the room. But the worst part, is the noise. The walls are basically as if there are no walls between rooms. You can hear other people in the bathroom, but like literally, hear everything. As if there was no wall. Not exaggerating here.

Loved the property, rooms, location, staff. Everything was phenomenal.

    The breakfast was just ok.

    10AngelaPosted on: 7-21-2025

The location was great! The hotel was updated but kept its Italian charm.

I thought the breakfast could have had a little more pastry choices and fruit.

    Really nice view

Parking is not intuitive neither they seem to be helpful reception

Great location and view of the beach. Clean and spacious room. A little hard to find the entrance as it’s up a series of stairs. Unfortunately we arrived during the 3 day Italian holiday of June 2, Republic Day. It was a sellout and traffic was unbelievable. I had to park some distance away and pay 30 euro. Plenty of restaurants very close as well as the most amazing pastries.

    Lack of parking.

    Location

Climbing 56 steps. Also the steps were not clean. Breakfast could be better.

Great location. Hostess very friendly. Very comfortable and great views from terrace.

    All good. Nothing bad.

Beautiful view of a lovely town on the sea. The room was very comfortable and our balcony was well worth the upgrade. Breakfast featured fruit, yogurt, and pastries with the best espresso and cappuccino. The seating area and its view really is as beautiful as the photos suggest.

It would be difficult to access if you had limited mobility. Lots of stairs! But worth walking carefully to have this location.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and very clean room with a beautiful design of ceramic.

Location is good for getting around and good access to buses , however, the noise at night outside was noticeable if leave the windows open. The great service of the hotel made us feel happy overall.

What a gem! We could not have chosen a better place to stay at in this area. We loved everything, from our room and the stunning view to the sweet staff. Everything was super clean, and we would come back every evening to fresh towels and a tidy room. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Public parking was available next to the hotel, for a discounted 10€ per day - the receptionist was very kind to explain how it works and we had no issues. Yes, there are stairs to get to the hotel, but it was manageable. Overall an amazing experience and we would definitely come back!
