Bus stops immediately in front.

Owner is very unfriendly. Tea kettle/ coffee machine & water should be available In The room or lobby. I was supposed to have breakfast included and it wasn¿t.

Location was amazing and so was the views. A very beautiful and timeless hotel in a very convenient location.

There were ants in the bathroom, a significant amount especially during the night. There was dog poop in the stairwell that happened twice during our 3 night stay.

Central location and with adequate facilities.

The hotel is located between two streets. The sound of gunning cars and motorcycles occurs both day and night, practically nonstop.

The location is perfect for those willing to explore the Amalfi Coast.

Check-in experience should be improved. The room and bathroom looked sloppy.

The breakfast was in other place. It was good, but only 1 croissant and 1 coffee per person was included.

Once I got back home the door was not closed maybe after cleaning. That’s quite risky since anyone can get into the room and steal your belongings. And there is a note in the room that there is no property responsibility of any personal stuff left in the room.

Maria was great very efficient and good at her job! The room was clean and lots of toiletries, location also great! The only thing I can fault was the beds, so uncomfortable the springs dig into your body

Public transport not reliable. Long waiting time for the bus or bus always full. Bus Schedule not respected.

We liked our room very much. It was large and clean , had a nice balcony with a small table and chairs, had everything we needed - very comfortable bed and pillows, all kind of toiletries, great shower, aircon. Room cleaning/towels changing every day. Great location 3 minutes walk to the beach. Sita bus stop just in front of the hotel. Segnora, who's running the hotel, explained to us where is the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Overall a great experience. We'd definitely choose this hotel again.

The internet in the room is not very good. It appeared that it's better at our balcony than in the room.

We booked it with breakfast, but the hotel management didn't want to serve any breakfast. They said they stopped it

Great Location, very accessible to the main street and the bus stop (right out the front). Air Conditioner was amazing, and my room had a massive balcony.

The bathroom was a but out of date and the shower was not great.

Small hotel in the lovely small town of Minori, somewhat old fashioned property managed by a family for decades, however it is very close to the beach, in front of the bus stop (literally), and relatively cheap compered to other hotels in the Amalfi Coast.

The bathroom had a weird layout, thought it was full of amenities. Also the balcony had a weird layout and was too small. But these are just minor problems. The biggest issue is the noise of cars on the road, and the hotel is not too blame for. Unfortunately there is only a major road connecting towns in the Amalfi Coast, and it is very busy. Motorbikes are especially noisy. A bypass tunnel is planned, by the way in Italy those kind of projects take long time to be completed.

The baby crib, the receptionist was very rude and made us feel unsettled throughout our stay.

Great location, super easy to get around the town and close to the beach. It had aircon ? plethora of those little complimentary hotel stuff.

The bathroom smelt like an old lady that has been smoking in her car for years. Noticed a few small stains on the linen but nothing we couldn’t flip over and pretend wasn’t there. It was a VERY loud stay, very near to the main road in and out and no one cares that you’re sleeping in there. Check in was made a little tricky by a pretty unforgiving receptionist, not unkind but difficult.

Hospitality is very poor. Very very noisy street. The always angry receptionist woman. She wasn't cultured or hospitable.

The location was perfect, and the room contained everything I needed for a short stay.

I thought other reviews might have been exaggerated, but the service truly was terrible. At the agreed check in time, the owners told me to sit down and wait in a corner of the foyer, and then chatted, ate lunch and completed other tasks for 45mins, instructing me to wait whenever I tried to catch someone's attention. They then checked in another couple that arrived about 35mins later than me, before finally processing me. I thought it may have been a tough afternoon for them, but it genuinely did seem that having guests was a bother to them in every interaction I had and witnessed while there. The location and price were convenient, but almost did not make up for the communication and atmosphere that I witnessed during my stay. The air conditioning also did not work, and mine unfortunately emitted a strong smell of urine. Not the stay I was hoping for, but I would know better next time.

Everything. Very loud unfriendly manageress. No fridge in room, no water provided ..stinking hot day!! All linen old and pillows paper thin. No lift very narrow stairs making it dangerous carting heavy luggage. Bathroom was a joke...far too small.
