- Location, view, sea, pool area, close parking
- amazing peple working there, very friendly and hepfull :)happy to wake up with a sea view everymorning, breakfast was nice aswell, they cleaned the rooms everyday, pool was also enjoyable
- Great pool area and quick access to a beautiful little beach with crystal clear water.
Cons -
- Nothing. Everything was lovely.
- We don’t like hotel guests who horde pool sunbeds and chairs. Early morning rush to put out towels. Both times we went to swim, there were no available chairs. Most were empty with towels holding their place. If I owned a hotel, I would not allow this. It’s a shame that some tourists are so selfish and entitled. The property itself is fantastic and no complaints at all.
- the air conditioning didn't stop. we removed the card to stop the electricity.

Fantastic Beachfront Property with a pool that overlooks the sea. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice balcony for relaxing. The breakfast was good and the staff was eager to help. Always bringing out hot replacements and freshly cooked eggs. A nice young man Alexandros was very kind and extremely helpful. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Private parking lot. Centrally located for easy exploration of the island. We would stay at Paradise Beach Hotel again.

hotel location is very good. aaand you can swimm also in the sea.

The location was impeccable. Right on the sea, and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Argassi but within easy walking distance or cafes and restaurants.
The breakfast doesn’t cater to everyone, especially those that prefer a warm breakfast. And there was no shower hook for the head, so we had to have a sit down shower, which isn’t ideal when trying to wash your hair.
Location and good breakfast (hot brewed coffee) It was clean but need to upgrade the bathroom.
Horrible bathroom (bad smell)
I liked the position of the hotel, it is near the beach
It is an old, untidy and dirty hotel. The towels are very old, musty and rotten, they smell of chlorine and vinegar. The hotel rooms are full of mosquitoes and flies. I do not recommend this hotel, there are many other wonderful hotels in Zakynthos.
The breakfast for me was really good quality, not too many choices. But thoose who eat sweet and salty for breakfast also should be enough. Always little changesIts in the main street, everything is so close
Thin walls
We made a reservation for 5 nights, and when we arrived at the hotel they told us that the room we had booked had a problem with the toilet and they had booked us at another hotel. During the conversation, the truth came out that they had accommodated other people in our room. After a 10 hour trip, we were obviously irritated, and the manager didn’t have the decency to come to us and tell of this herself, but she passed that onto the receptionist instead.

Clean rooms, may be tired in places but very clean and comfortable. Typically Greek hotel. Near the edge of the village with some lovely restaurants very close.
The hotel pool is shared with the hotel next door which means there are really not enough loungers around the pool, although we visited late in the season which was OK for us.
Very polite staff! The location is good.. The cleanliness leaves a little to be desired! Under the beds it was very dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned as it should be.
The room is very spacious and has everything you need.
Very hospitable staff Good location and time to reach the beach Also very tasty breakfasts
Very loudly working conditioner, no possible to sleep with it
Good location and good view from the balcony
The room wasn’t cleaned properly, the linen wasn’t washed properly. The wifi isn’t working. All the staff are from Ukraine and they aren’t able to understand a word in English. I have been asking for a towel in the early morning because all my clothes were wet due to rain, and they couldn’t understand me and some of them had been rude with me. The old guy at the reception that morning wasn’t a English speaker neither. So with language barrier and without internet for the translator it was a nightmare to communicate with them. They did not make an attempt to understand me or assist me with what I needed due to the communication problems/ internet problems
Location is amazing, close to the city center with a lot of nice restaurants, close to Zante. Amazing views from a balcony, nice pool and small beach right next to the window.
I had very bad WiFi in a room and bad mobile internet connection as well, only next to the pool I could have normal WiFi. The guy who was working on a pool bar was absolutely not smiling, but rest of the staff was nice, polite and helpful
Location was right on the beach. The swimming pool was a nice amenity. The snack bar and breakfast on site were an added bonus We had the top floor (Penthouse) which had a terrific view of the beach and pool area below.
We had the top floor (Penthouse) reached via elevator and then two flights of stairs. I would not have booked the room if I had known I was going to be carrying suitcases upstairs. We enjoyed the sea swimming but the location did not have an actual beach area.
The hotel is located on the outer edge of the main strip which was perfect for us, a bit of a quieter area but still close walking distance to all the restaurants
The pool was very warm when we were there
The location - near to bars and restaurants. The reception staff - Anna-Maria and Elizabeth were warm, welcoming, professional and helpful! The daytime pool bar staff were good. The pool. The sea and the easy access to it.
The breakfast - poor; food was cold. The breakfast staff (apart from just one morning); they were surly, bordering on rude. The pool bar is such a missed opportunity. They could be selling ready-made sandwiches, crisps/potato chips, cakes, etc. They don't.The rubbish on the little strip of beach - it would have taken ten minutes to pick up the litter, but nobody did. A real shame because otherwise this area is gorgeous.
Good location, clean hotel, hind personal.
Beach near hotel is not nice.

The pillow ,the wi-fi , the smell in the bathroom
